A great menu of drinks, something to suit everyone. Service was top notch and the atmosphere low key. You could have good conversation with those around you and didn't feel the drink until you stood up! Lovely interiors and good vibes.

This place was a great choice! great craft cocktails in a great atmosphere- a local place with a little bit if speakeasy vibe to it. We also had the marrow poppers and lambchops- poppers were good, lamb chops were fantastic! Our cocktails were fun, inventive, delicious and only $16ea ! Cool atmosphere, too many people to enjoy it adequately. It was super crowded when we went and we got stuck at a tiny table near the bar with people squished all around us. I also wasn't too impressed with my drink (ginger smash-way too much ginger). The food was great though (I got the whole trout and my boyfriend got... More

School yourself on the address and what to look for when heading to this speakeasy. Once inside, this place really does, unlike other speakeasy, pack them in about 2-3 deep at the bar. They also take reservations for dinner which might be the way to go. Regardless, the place really makes great crafted cocktails and can pump them out. The... More

I know my cocktails. These guys are amazing. Don't be shy to go off menu because they are all over it. Awesome. Will be coming back next time we're in NYC

Ate here with another couple on a Thursday night. Did book a reso a few weeks out - smart because it was full when we arrived. Had the bone marrow poppers, Orecchiette, girlfriend has the Chicken dish with cucumber and asparagus salad. All food and cocktails were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Loved this spot once we made it in. We arrived at the door about the time they started getting extra busy. The doorman held us at the door telling us here wasn't room enough for my group of four to get in right away but that it would only take ten minutes. Twice while we were waiting, a group of... More

We waited ages to get in here to be very disappointed. It was very small and very cramped and the drinks were fairly average given the price. Wouldn't recommend.

Staying in West Village

Neighborhood Profile
West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the West Village is one of the city’s most coveted addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture, this neighborhood has a unique old-world feel. You won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan. Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you stroll down elegant narrow streets with beautiful brownstones. When you need a break, you can always stop in at one of the many quaint eateries or cafes to soak in the atmosphere, or head to the western edge of the neighborhood to enjoy magnificent waterfront views while taking a leisurely walk in Hudson River Park.
