The portions are enough for four people when ordering one meal. The eggplant Parmigiana is incredible. Every other dish I tried was incredible.

The food was good and plentiful but we were a small party of 3 so we could not try all the dishes we would of liked! The prices are good if groups are splitting the cheque! The place is very noisy!

I went to Carmine's restaurant with my wife and eat a delicious shrimp red pasta dish. The atmosphere looks like a typical Italian restaurant . The food is very good and is not expensive. In my opinion is very cheap to New York city. One dish could be shared for two or three people. It depends on how hungry you... More

Location is great for dinner before or after a show- but that also makes it crazy crowded and noisy. Food is fine- generous, family style portions mean most people leave with a shopping bag full of left overs. Definitely make reservations, otherwise you could wait 1+ hours to be seated.

This upscale Italian restaurant is located in midtown manhattan in the heart of the theater district. It is very popular and we would strongly recommend using the Open Table online reservation system to minimize a sure wait otherwise. We were unable to secure a table by reservation before our broadway show, so we opted to try later on by dropping... More

This place is crazy busy, so I was expecting the best Italian meal ever. My husband only likes Alfredo, which is not on the menu. It is also not the place to go for a couple. The dinners serve 4-6 people! We ended up with an average Caesar salad, the largest bowl of broccoli I have ever seen, and cheese... More

I recommend going mid afternoon. There was no waiting time. Service was great. The food really gave the feeling of a home cook meal. There are lunch specials until 3pm, which is really good. One plate feed two. They also serve a basket of a variety of breads which were amazing. I recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Italian dishes.
