We went here for a mid week breakfast around 9.30 and the place managed to squeeze us in. Very cute little place only about 10 tables or so. Heard amazing things I had the blueberry pancakes and my boyfriend had the chocolate chip they were both so good were still talking about them now. A bit... read more

Be prepared to wait at least an hour or two on a weekend. We shared the blueberry pancakes and the country breakfast which had eggs, ham, hash browns, and biscuits. The food was fine but not really distinctive from other brunch/diners I've been to.

How do they make them? I read the reviews and decided on our Spring Break trip we would hit this place during the week when the crowds are lighter. We went about 10am on Friday. We still waiting about 15 minutes but that didn't seem too bad. The hostess was pretty adamant that no one waits inside but it was... More

You will have to wait for a table but you can go for a wander and check back in closer to the estimated time of your table. Strangely similar to the last review. I had the southern breakfast and my girlfriend had the pancakes. I was jealous. Wanted to try cheese grits and the southern style breakfast but had food... More

The most delicious pancakes. My partner had a southern breakfast which he really enjoyed too but I think was a little disappointed he didn't order pancakes after seeing mine. I had to then stop him stealing them the whole meal. Very nice.

Enjoyed everything we ate from pancakes to waffle chicken in the evening. Loved their brownies too. Bought their cookbook so I could replicate the same food at home since nyc is so far from dallas. But its all good. it took us an hour to get a table since the restaurant is so small. While you are waiting have your... More

The best pancakes ever...3 was probably too much for my stomach but it was worthy The other plates (mix of vegetables and meat) and cakes looked attractive too and the global ambiance was good and "bobo" as we are used to say in Paris

Neighborhood Profile
Lower East Side
Straddling the bridge between New York’s thriving immigrant past and its modern transformation into a beacon of global art and culture, the Lower East Side is one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in the city. The blocks of tenements that represented the promise and blight of the Lower East Side immigrant experience now command top dollar for new residents. Right next to old-world delis, 24-hour bodegas, and the garment shops of Orchard Street, you’ll find hip clubs, fashionable bistros, and luxury hotels beckoning at all hours of the evening. If you love nightlife and live music, it’s hard to beat the scene here.
