Really good brunch

We had brunch here after a friend recommended the place. Food was really good. We had the poached eggs and the frittata. Definitely worth going to.

Such amazing food! The goat cheese salad was fantastic and the lobster tacos were perfect! Loved everything about the experience!

Perfect for a date night! Shared a bottle of wine on the patio while we people watched and experienced wonderful Italian food. Does not take reservations - we got there around 7:30 and waited maybe 20 minutes for a party of 2.

A delightful little spot tucked in the middle of the West Village. It's always so pleasant sitting on the tiny pavement enjoying a light meal and a glass of wine.

Great Mediterranean Food Here. Delicious seafood dishes especially found at home in Spain, France, and Italy. This is the kind of food you eat if you want to live to be 100. Haha. The food was really fresh and delicious. They took me and my guests to a quiet table in the back of the restaurant which was a huge... More

Our dear friends invited us to join them for dinner. The restaurant has great energy and the staff are super friendly and professional. Started with a cafe latte cocktail while sitting at the bar. Dinner comprised of a beet and goats cheese salad starter which was a smorgasbord of taste. Presented in a mould like shape. Had the tortellini pasta... More

We had lunch at this restaurant 2 years ago and loved the salads, so having just arrived in New York wandered in for dinner. We must have timed it perfectly , because the restaurant filled up pretty quickly and there was a queue. The food was really lovely, paella, seafood fettuccine and scallops and the service quick and helpful.

I've been dining here for 10 years and not once had a negative experience. The food is prepared wonderfully and the menu selections vary by season. The Sancerre wine is perfect and pairs well with most of their summer dishes. The roasted Brussels sprouts are a classic but nothing tops the fries with Gorgonzola fondue.

This restaurant in the West Village was recommended to us by our concierge at our hotel. The restaurant was small and romantic. The food was some of the best we ate whilst in New York City. I ordered the rare seared sesame tuna. It was light and full of flavour and colour. My husband ate the scallops which he loved.... More

Staying in West Village

Neighborhood Profile
West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the West Village is one of the city’s most coveted addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture, this neighborhood has a unique old-world feel. You won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan. Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you stroll down elegant narrow streets with beautiful brownstones. When you need a break, you can always stop in at one of the many quaint eateries or cafes to soak in the atmosphere, or head to the western edge of the neighborhood to enjoy magnificent waterfront views while taking a leisurely walk in Hudson River Park.
