We had reservations for brunch & we arrived early. The restaurant wasn't open yet but it was raining so they allowed us to sit inside. Everyone was friendly, service was good & attentive. We were not drinking so I can't relate to the experience that others had. There are a lot of up charges on food though, even though it... More

We are not patronizing this restaurant again, mainly due to poor service and bad management. We went there for father’s day jazz brunch but sat outside. The price is $16.99 which includes a single alcohol drink but my wife and I wanted the one hour unlimited for an additional $6. Policy is if one gets the unlimited, the entire table... More

I don' do many reviews. This one had to be told. Food was great, jazz was great. No teamwork with servers. Our server was not around when they brought out food to the table and we had no table service. They served our food on the table and left before we could even ask for forks. A female server was... Visited twice during our stay, always live music on offer. One night we had the pleasure of listening to Champian Fulton one of the leading Jazz Singers and Pianists in NY. They always seem to have quality bands. The food is pretty good some of the waiters could do with some training, one removed my wife's plate before I had... More

We went with a big group and most of the kids are involved in the jazz bands at their schools. The music was great, the food was pretty good, the service was horrible. Maybe the guy was new, but then shame on the manager for not coming to help him out with the big crowd, cause he was rude and... More

Not the best food - I got the steak frites, which was overcooked and very middle of the road. The jazz was alright, but in this restaurant it's more of an afterthought.

Our first visit a couple of years was so good that we booked for a second visit. What a mistake. Despite booking well in advance, our party of 5 were sat where we couldn't see the jazz band (which was a great band). We then waited TWO HOURS before our food arrived. The explanation was that the limited numbers of... More

We decided to 'splurge' and went for Mothers Day brunch. We made a reservation, which required a credit card and 24 hour cancellation notice. We tried to increase the size of the reservation the day before (from 7 to 8) and were told they could not accommodate us. At that point, it was too late to cancel, so instead we... More

We dined here on a Wednesday afternoon with our "Active Adult" group. After visiting the Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island our bus brought us here to complete our day trip in NYC. Our food choices included chicken, salmon, a pasta dish, and included soup or salad, coffee, and desert. We all agreed everything was tasty, and warm, and we... More
