Good but very cramped

We do a NYC steak place, a couple times a year, and we're not super picky. The food was pretty solid, but the tables were so packed together, it definitely impacted our nice dinner. Probably would not go back.

Great service but the food isn't even close to top-drawer NYC. I had their "famous" T-Bone and my wife had their Chicken special. The steak looked amazing but was tasteless. The chicken was over cooked and uneventful. I won't come back or recommend this place.

The absolute worst black bean soup I have ever had. It had no flavor what-so-ever; i.e., it seemed that is was simply a watered down can of black beans. I added some tabasco sauce to give it some flavor. We had the 12 ounce filet mignon; mine seemed to be the right size but my partners was 1/3 smaller, and... More

Even in Texas the Steakportions weren't that huge and they quality is great. Place lacks a bit charme, it's tiny and you don't have a lot of space on the table for the dishes. Prices are okay, over all it was a nice experience.

I came here with family on Christmas Day. This is very professional restaurant indeed. I was brought up, as it were, in the trade as my parents ran a very successful restaurant. Believe me, there can be few greater challenges to face than a packed place with a line outside on that day of all days. The service was remarkably... More

Had my 30th birthday here with 12 people and the staff and food were excellent! Definitely will return in the future and will be sure to recommend.

Our friends have been coming to this restaurant since it opened many years ago. This our first time. We made a reservation on the late side because we wanted to hear the live jazz on Saturday night. Our booth was actually ready a few minutes early. First of all they have a great drinks menu with a wide selection of... More

The restaurant was so overbooked w/ tables so crowded together it was a zoo. The steaks ordered were so fatty & one side never saw a grill it was that raw making 2 out of 5 inedible. The scampi entrée was appetizer size - so beware not to arrive w/ a big appetite. The Caesar salad was a joke -... More

i was surprised and elated that they had Tullamore Dew-3 different kinds including 12 year. 4 of us had dinner and had terridic service and tasy food. Skirt steak was amazing as were the diver scallops and ravioli. For dessert we ordered an iron skillet chocolate chip cookie for two with melty ice cream and a cholate souffle-both absolutley amazing.... More
