We visited for lunch during a recent Restaurant Week. The restaurant is part of a culinary school and the food is prepared by students and the restaurant management and servers are also students. However, you would never know that unless you were told. The server was very friendly and gave good advice. We ordered our meals with a wine pairing.... More

Snoody staff, doesn't let me use restroom until I sit and order. Even after I told the waiter I will order right after. "Not that kind of restaurant" is the response. Can't believe it's recommend by any ranking list.

We eat here every time we come to NYC for a delicious and great value dinner date night. We usually get one tasting menu with wine, and one without - the servings of wine are quite generous so there's plenty for two of us to share. The service is fantastic - barely emptied our water glasses before being quickly refilled... More

My husband and I have been meaning to try to this restaurant for a long time. I was never terribly interested because I knew it was part of a cooking school and I didn't think the food or wine would be so great. Boy, was I wrong! Not only did the restaurant look warm and inviting but the food and... More

We had lunch there today and it happened to be resturant week. The food was wonderful - they were out of the wine we ordered but we were offered a comparable wine for the same price. I also order the duck app and they were out of it but it was still a great meal! Kind staff and hate its... More

This is the restaurant for the International Culinary Centre. All the guys in the kitchen are students being watched and trained by their teachers and they are marked on their work. We stayed quite safe but the food was amazing quality. Black Angus cheeseburger goes straight to my top ten burgers of all time. I'd recommend this to anyone looking... More

Well, OK, it is a school restaurant but it’s the Culinary Institute’s school restaurant. OK, so it supposed to have students in the kitchen, but it seemed that it was totally run by students. The desert (or the patissier) team probably would not graduate that well. My cranberry tart was close to uneatable. Starters and entrées were barely OK. It... More

Ordered the three meal course that was available for in restaurant weeks. The food was amazing and the portions were big enough. The staff was great and I haven't had such a good service before.

We made a reservation on a very short notice. They received us with hospitality, and the meal was really delicious. Incredible value, fine cuisine at an acceptable cost.

Restaurant Week gives everyone an opportunity to try new things. But I felt rushed from my window seat, as if they didn't want people to see me there. They kept taking away my plates and it felt rushed. I was alone and it wasn't busy that they needed the table. I know how I felt. Great food but they made... More
