This was one of the better finds thanks to a local and not too far from Times Square and not full of tourists, Food was interesting without being over complicated and extremely good. great atmosphere, good value too.

A snowy evening before a Broadway play, my husband and I found our way into this small storefront resturant in expensive New York City. The setting was modern, looked at first like a diner, but was amazingly clean. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. It was gormet all the way, from the water which was served with a fresh... I cannot say enough great things about this place! When you walk in, it's a little on the small, intimate side and has an appearance of a diner- only a much nicer diner. There are white tables, which almost make the restaurant appear to be bigger. The servers were AMAZING, top notch! They checked on us often. When I arrived... More

Arrived with hungry 13 month old who was a bit fussy, but staff quickly got high chair and bread to solve the problem. Hummus good with garlic tinged pita. Flatbread requires 15-20 minutes but worth the wait. Chocolate cake wonderful end to a satisfying meal. Beer selection interesting.

Nice place to eat. The service was great, the food was quick and tasty. They had a separate gluten free menu. Our fellow diners had the most enormous piece of flour less chocolate cake you have ever seen! We were too full to even attempt it, but they assured us it was fantastic.

After 3 full days at the New York Comiccon at the Javitz Center we need a break and a good meal...served to us. We needed something in walking distance and just stumbled in here. It was very small but they sat us quickly even with no reservations on a Friday night. The service was excelent and the decore was very... More

We were looking for a decent breakfast on Sunday morning, and we stumbled upon this restaurant when heading toward the High line. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was good, and the food was delicious. My husband and I had the eggs benedict and my son had the market burger. Felt like a good solid neighborhood place to eat.

This restaurant lived up to the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor. We walked in without a reservation. The service was outstanding and extremely friendly, the huge salad delicious, and trout and flatbread great meals. We split a warm rice pudding for dessert and it was terrific. We enjoyed sitting in the window on a warm night drinking reasonably priced wine.... More

I think this restaurant seriously needs to review it's booking policy! We asked our hotel to book us a meal on Monday 2nd Sept at 8.30pm. I was there when the hotel phoned the restaurant using the number on their website. This number advised the line was having problems and to call another number, which he did. This just rang... More

We actually walked past this place and came back as it caught our eye. We sat in the front table, we were immediately attended too with water and bread. The bread came with olive oil & herbs, the water with a cucumber in the carafe. We had cocktails to drink and they were delicious , we shared chicken paillard with... More
