Really wanted to put NO STAR** I've been going to Mo'Bay's for several years and have always had a wonderful dining experience, bar attitude from one of the hostesses. Well that all changed on Sat. Awesome jamaican and southern food.. tried the goat curry, oxtail, salmon, jerk chicken and baby back ribs. You need some patience regarding seating time and overall laid back service but the food and overall ambience more than make up for any faults. Even the wings were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. more

DELICIOUS FOOD every single time!! Yet WORST service ever ALL the time...whether dining in or taking-out...the service plain out SUCKS!! Unattentive waiters, UNwelcoming RUDE manager woman, ANNOYINGLY LOUD music/bands for such a tiny place, and the NERVE to add an 18% gratuity already on your bill when clearly the waiters deserve NO TIP for their NO SERVICE!! The food, the ambience, the romance, the music. Believe me no compromise was made in this sexy addition to Manhattan restaurants. Try the ribs, try the apple martinis, try the whole steamed fish. Go on a Tuesday, preferably. Weekend are crowded, go after 10:00 for a romantic unrushed meal. more
