The service is great. The entrees and their sides are just heaven. This is why there are two of them in the city and both are always crowded.

Love going to The Palm! Consistently excellent! Best aged steaks, combo potatoes and onions crunchy and yummy, favorite creamed spinach - dreamy. Great cocktails to start you off, very good wine list and convenient location for before or after Broadway shows!

This is a nice place to go if you want to be close to a Broadway Show. Other than that there is nothing great about this place. The food is average. The service is average (you will have people help who are great and others who are forgetful). During dinner we did not get many of the sides we ordered... More

They do a great job on their steaks. The service is excellent. I am very picky with wines and I ordered two bottles in a row and they brought out the incorrect vintages. Nothing irritates me more than doing research on vino and having a stale wine list. I would eat here again, but I would call ahead and pre-order... More

Good spot for that power lunch or business dinner to seal the deal. Super wine list. Would not recommend to families with young children.

The food was not spectacular, but good. The waitress was absolutely fantastic, and really made this evening out stellar! Ambiance was what you might expect of a Broadway eatery - famous names on the wall and all. But the food (including the steak) was no better than what I can get at my local Outback,

We went here just before our show across the street for Wicked and it was fabulous!! If you go for the first reservation you have plenty of time to eat and enjoy your lunch and walk over to the show. The steak was incredible, the bisque was perfect. Definitely recommend pre-show!

Enjoyed a perfectly served wonderful lobster and veal Milanese. As always at the Palm, the servers do everything to please and the food is top notch. Overall, a great experience.

Went to dinner at the Palm last night. Top notch service. Steak was very good, cooked medium as ordered, properly seasoned. Our large group shared several sides. Starches were all great. Vegetables were also very good. Great location, quick walk to see our show.
