The food is consistent for a theater district restaurant. We had the lobster summer special and it was great! Better than at the shore. Service was terrific. Didn't rush us. Had theater tickets across the street and were in our seats with 10 minutes to spare.

I love this place! What more can I say? I've tried all the New York steakhouses including Lugers in Brooklyn. Most of the are living on reputation and not the food/service. Although the Palm is a chain, the Palm West stands out above the rest. The bone in ribeye is probably one of the best steaks I've had. And it... More

We went into the restaurant for dinner to get out of a storm, and didn't realize where we were. luckily we were dressed nice for theatre. As soon as we looked around we could tell it was a more pricey restaurant, but loved the art work of celebrities, and decided to just go with it. I have been to Ruth's... More

My wife and I took our twin sons and the fiance of one of our sons to The Palm, West Side, NYC to dinner on a Sunday night to celebrate our sons' 30th birthday. This was our first time at the west side location. We have eaten many times at the Palm on the east side, but we could not... More

Had a wonderful lunch in the theatre district of NYC. Food was delicious, the prices reasonable for area and the wait staff was friendly and accurate. Lobster salad was large with generous portions of fresh lobster for $19.99

Ate here for the first time pre-theatre. Our server was unfriendly and cold. Considering their prices you would think you would get treated much better. The prime rib was overpriced at $59 and was under cooked. Our server acted annoyed when I sent it back to cook it a bit more! The NY strip steak was also cooked improperly and... More

We wanted to grab lunch before a play and this place was great right across from the Gershwin theater. We had the lobster salad which was very delicious. The service was great. We really enjoyed everything.
