Deliciously kitschy and over the top, with a gazillion chili-pepper-shaped lights and all sorts of odd objects hanging from this tiny restaurant's ceiling. BYOB seems initially an obstacle, but ends up being a huge plus when the downstairs Indian bodega with the HUGE selection of beers factors into the equation.
