Friendly husband and wife owners. Very nice. Lots of pictures of them with stars on the walls. We had an incredibly average lunch there. I will never go back. So many other great Italian restaurants in NYC.

My friend and I were recently visiting New York and we knew we had to try Patsy's. It was a Michael Buble trip and this is one of his favorite spots. We were definitely not disappointed. The food was unbelievable and the atmosphere was amazing. We had a wonderful meal topped off with the best cannoli I have ever eaten.... More

Just walked back to the Waldorf from Patsy's . We live in Los Angeles and travel to NYC four times a year and always try to include Patsy's during our stay. Always good! Consistently flavorful authentic old school Italian. We usually sit at the small cozy bar and enjoy our martini's then go to our table. I enjoy the ambience..... More

It was like been in Italy the food was that good and the service was out of this world. Amazing dining experience. No wonder frank Sinatra ate here when he could. Pure bliss.

The food was waaaaaay over salted. Almost to the point of being inedible. The 'house' dressing was not very good and the dessert feel short. I am not sure how this place made the top places in NYC but it is definitely not. It was a nice place with OK staff. I hope it was just an off night.

We went to Patsy's based on the excellent Tripadvisor reviews. We were able to get in on short notice (booked our reservation in the afternoon), which was good, but otherwise we were underwhelmed. The food was decent (although the bread was stale), but the service was lacking. Our waiter paid little attention to us, spending most of his time at... More

I was looking forward to visiting this Italian restaurant based on reviews. The antipasto I had was pretty good however my main course - the Chicken Siciliano was less then ideal. I ate less then an eighth of my meal. Skipped dessert and coffee. There has to be better in NYC!

I had been looking forward to eating at Patsy's for a long time, but also a bit apprehensive. Would it live up to its reputation and what I expected? DID IT EVER AND MORE!!! The interior is classy and cozy at the same time, the waitstaff was attentive and friendly, the food was phenomenal (asparagus appetizer, Chicken Cacciatora and sausage... More

The old Patsy's grandeur is still there, but it's only a glimmer of what it used to be. You are greeted as an old friend at the door, seated and after that the glamor ends. The service is either rushed or no one pays attention. The struggle to find that happy medium needs to be restored. Food is still good,... More

My husband and I travel to New York fairly often. We always, without exception, dine at Patsy's. The staff is always professional and friendly. The food is consistently outstanding, priced fair, the atmosphere is best described as timeless and classic. I love that Patsy's offers a full bar menu as well as a lovely wine list. My favorite dish is... More
