This IS Little Italy To Us.

The fine Italian restaurants in Little Italy, NYC, are wall to wall. You probably can't go wrong with any of them. This one just happens to be our favorite. The motif, the music, the old world waiter....and the food. Everything home made, the gnocchi, the pasta, the meatballs, the bread. We ate and... read more

We allowed ourselves to be guided in here by a member of staff as we sauntered past. It was very cold, we were very tired and we were hungry so we didn't take much persuading to sit somewhere warm and eat. The food was beautiful, the staff could not have been nicer and the restaurant is lovely. However, it is... More

Nice atmosphere and good food. After subtile hints from our waiter we added a great coldplatter to share and with it a faboluos red italian White. And at the end a courtesy grappa for The road.

Last month my husband and I choose this restaurant for dinner out of all of the other restaurants in Little Italy and we weren't disappointed. Friendly staff, clean facility, and wonderful food. My husband had the Spaghetti Carbanarra and I had the Lobster Ravioli, both wonderfully, delicious choices. The food portions were perfect, not too much, though just enough. We... More

We were there with the entire family (6 of us). The restaurant has great people, ambiance and the food was great. The only negative was the portion size was a little small. If you leave an Italian restaurant you should not be still a little bit hungry. We ordered apps, salads and main course. I would go back again!

My partner and I were strolling through Little Italy and decided to pop in. We were greeted with a brief history of the place by the guy at the entrance who advised us it is family run. Our waiter was attentive and pleasant, ensuring we had everything we needed and also offering water. My meal of gnocchi with gorgonzola and... More

From the moment you arrive it's an experience. The restaurant is everything you would expect from an Italian restaurant the wait staff is very attentive to your needs. The pasta is made fresh and melts in your mouth. The desserts were also very good. The prices are in line with the other restaurants on the street.I would highly recommend this restaurant... More

We had an enjoyable dinner. My husband and I enjoyed the food but the servings were on the smaller size. We started by sharing a Caesar salad- $9- not really big enough to share. I had the chicken Marsala - it came with some vegetables and a few roasted potatoes. It was very tasty but again the serving was on... More

Staying in Little Italy

Neighborhood Profile
Little Italy
While Little Italy is one of the city's smallest neighbourhoods, its streets are packed with visitors from around the globe, especially on summer weekends when the streets are closed to traffic. Stroll up Mulberry Street, the heart of Little Italy, for a dense mix of Italian restaurants with sidewalk tables, cafes, and old-school food shops. Don’t be surprised when the hosts beckon you to pay them a visit. Stop in for a coffee and a cannoli, or grab a streetside table to take in the scenery over a hearty Italian meal.
