Past its best

This felt sombre and lacklustre in comparison to the Hard Rock. Despite its prime location the exhibits were tired, dusty and not contemporary, the whole ambiance was muted with a second rate feel. Food ok, server pleasant enough but this wouldn't be my go-to place anytime soon.

My second time here and I am not disappointed . Service was fast and cordial. We asked how long should it take for some appetizers since we had tickets for Broadway . The food was delicious ! I would recommended to everybody !

I personally really didn't think much of this place. It's just a bit too in your face and loud, even though there weren't many other customers, so it made it quite difficult to carry on a normal conversation. Food is just basic stodgy things like pasta, chips or pizza, nothing fancy, and when my pasta came it was way too... More

Bypass the hype of it being "Planet Hollywood" it's an ordinary diner with lots of TV's playing. The food is average, the cost is not. Staff were pleasant and friendly. As soon as you walk in you're asked to pose for photographs, these they display when you're at you table and range from $5.00 to $20 as a memento of... More

Well it was the last couple of days on our American and Canadian tour so we decided to go to Planet Hollywood as I love the movies and thought why not! So we got in and I was impressed with the memorabilia on display. We were sat down and our order taken promptly. We even paid a bit extra to... More

Wow, Planet Hollywood in Times Square New York, it should be amazing. But it was downright disappointing, but there are still line-ups to get in. I just cannot figure that out. So with the long line ups, the excessive noise, the restaurant being way to dark, the poor service, the awful food and the exorbitant prices. It was just a... More

After dealing with the crowds in and around Times Square, entering into this restaurant which is on the 2nd floor and far removed from the noise and congestion of the street below felt like an oasis from the chaos. Our server, Richard, was super friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the best Gluten Free Burger I have ever had. I... More

The best thing about this place was the celebrity momentos from film & screen. The food was overpriced & nothing special. Had to wait a while to get seated & have orders taken. But the service was great.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
