Most of the attendants are gay, i guess. Theyre fun and ive experienced great customer service. The food were served big-sized. Candle-lit dinner with exciting people around you.

Relaxed atmosphere in this quite small restaurant. Mixed crowd, Gay/Regular. Our Mexican food choices were excellent - more sophisticated than a traditional Mexican. Only drawback, no much room between tables and a bit noisy. Would go back.

We have been coming here for over 10 years. Its the best for good drinks, and their homemade salsa and chips have never disappointed. My husband ordered the carnitas the other night and they tasted strange. I think it was the 5 spice cooked with the meat, which is a Chinese spice. - don't get it yuck! Loved my calamari... More

We had brunch there yesterday, just before a matinee at the Joyce Theatre and we were so glad we found this place! We would have loved to sit out but all tables were occupied- so in we went, and sat in the back where they have comfortable banquettes. The food was outstanding: we had the special chicken enchilada with salsa... More

After exploring the Hi-Line Park complex for the first time, we headed over to the Rocking Horse Cafe for an early dinner. This restaurant was well-recommended to us several times by family and friends. My wife and I started with drinks (cosmopolitan and mojito) which were both refreshing and delicious. Our main meals consisted of chicken enchiladas in a luscious... More

Our party of 7 had an excellent dinner on a Thursday evening in June. Our server Angel and the rest of the staff were very attentive and responsive. We had a reservation and had no wait upon arrival. Hanger steak burritos and Budin Aztec--a small plate chicken appetizer, were favorites.

Maybe its because I am from Texas and actually know what good Mexican food is. But this is .Its is average at best. The guacamole, huevos rancheros were ordinary ,if these basics aren't good not much is going to be either. Also had Tortilla soup, Ensalada de aguacate chicken and the burritto and nothing was memorable. Add that to the... More

Very fun bar staff, that made us feel we were invited to their own party. Food was basic but good and fresh. A lively place offering excellent value.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Chelsea. The servers are friendly and the food quality is always consistent. Get there early as this place fills up quick.

I have been coming here for years - crazy that I have not written a review before. 99% of the time I hit this place during lunch - it's pretty much half the price for the same dishes. I always get the same thing - a chicken burrito. This place has a completely different take on Mexican food which is... More
