Very disappointed with this place after seeing many good reviews on TA and the recommendation from our hotel concierge. The welcome is so over the top you're left thinking have they mistaken you for someone else ! The service was so-so in what was clearly a very busy and pretty noisy restaurant. But most importantly the food was not good... More

It is not often that one is greeted with warmth by such a personable staff in a New York City restaurant. This restaurant has delicious food, a staff who cares about your experience and lots of heart. The maître d. Richard and his staff go out of their way to make their patrons feel welcome and satisfied. There is a... More

Dined here at the suggestion of our concierge. That was our first mistake. The second was ordering "lobster" risotto which really meant a small portion of lobster and a whole lot of shrimp. A more accurate name would have been seafood risotto. The manager did comp a drink and desert but we left disappointed.

We went here for a business lunch. The vegetarian ravoli was delicious. The ice tea was unique with almost a berry flavor. The lemon pie was very good. The canolis were ok. The service was fast and good.

We stopped in here on our way back to the hotel for a coffee and dessert on the "outdoor" patio. They were in the midst of renovations.. so we were amidst scaffolding. The service was fantastic. The cappuccino was great as was the Tartufo (which we shared). A little pricey at almost $ 25.00 for 2 coffees and 1 dessert... More

This is a "red carpet" kind of experience in terms of staff and service. They are attentive, welcoming (bordering on insincere at times) and knowledgeable. Everyone does everything: the sommelier seats people, the waiters prepare plates, everyone who walks by your table that doesn't already have some purpose glances over to see if anything is needed. Everyone is greeted with... More

Although the antipasto, which you choose from several options, was kinda cold, it was decent. the ordered meals however were delicious. the crowd was fun and it was busy. the staff was friendly and accomodating. i would go there again and recommend it.

The filet mignon was sub par. This is a great location with great service and style. The food however was too expensive for the quality received.

This was our second visit to Trattoria Dell'Arte. It is close to where we stay in NYC when visiting and it is a very nice Italian restaurant in mid-Manhattan. It is only a few blocks from Central Park and a 5 minute walk to Times Square. There were four of us and we each ordered something different on the menu.... More

So good we ate there 2 nights in a row. We met someone while eating at the bar who invited us to try his pizza. We were sold and brought back a group the next night
