Enjoyable, casual dining

A small, friendly restaurant across from Carnegie Hall. Excellent service made for an enjoyable evening. Highly recommend veal parmigiana -house speciality. Nice wine selection.

My husband and I had an early dinner on a Friday evening. We were very warmly welcomed when we arrived. Our waitress asked if it was a special occasion and it was..our anniversary. She promptly brought us a complimentary glass of Prosecco. I had a delicious seafood pasta dish and my husband had their signature lasagne. Both were excellent and... More

You'll struggle to find a better staff at any other restaurant - FANTASTIC service. The food is great - wine selection very nice, and no matter how stuffed you are, you must try the cannoli! (and the Limon cello pie too!) Great for families, business associates, romance - a nice vibe all around: good energy, not too loud.

Great food every time I am in New York. What a consistent place. I had Veal Chop Parmigiana. Absolutely delicious. This is a share entree. Started with buratta and tomatoes and had a wonderful cauliflower from antipasto bar. Entire meal a 10. Don't miss this place if you are in New York.

Great Italian, many times I just feast at the Antipasto Bar... it's to die for. Seafood is always great, but the Italian sauces are what makes this so special

I had the chicken pepperoni parmigiana which was thinly sliced chicken, with a crispy shell to it, then a light sauce and mozzarella and goats cheese melted on top, with about 15 pepperoni's on top. It's likely the best chicken parm I've ever had. Very warm welcome by the staff, great location just north of the theatre district.

Trattoria Dell'Arte served fantastic, fresh food and the service was great. Don't skip the antipasto! My husband and I loved the burrata mozzarella, spaghetti carbonara, veal chop parmigiana and cannoli. We'll definitely go back on our next trip to NYC!

Our work had a party before concert at the Carnegie Hall. Everything was prepared fresh and was delicious! The antipasti was full of flavor. Burrata Mozzarella Margherita pizza was to die for. Chicken Piccata and Braised Salmon were very good. My least favorite was Pappardelle with Eggplant Parmesan which I was really looking forward to. The eggplant was good, but... More

Downtown Restaurant on 7th Avenue Obviously more popular for dinner before or after the evening shows. Great choice and great selection of salads, the food was all good, the service was very prompt and extremely friendly.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
