The overall experience was great, including the food and service. This was my first visit, and probably my last. For the price, I would go back to Keen's.

Looking for a spot to watch the Denver Broncos, we could see orange through the window and walked in. Sitting at the bar to watch the game, we saw also many tables in the long narrow restaurant, and also many waiters. The staff was friendly and attentive while properly reserved. We each had our delicious kobe burgers served from behind... More

Went for late night meal after a Knicks game at MSG. Service was exceptional friendly without being imposing! I had the chicken whilst my colleagues went for some very big steaks. Side servings are a meal in themselves and each can easily serve three people All in all a very good meal! Would recommend this place!

Today my wife and I had lunch at this Uncle Jack's Steakhouse. Last Sunday we had lunch at their other Manhattan location and we both loved both dining experiences. Today my wife said that both locations were equally terrific in both food and service, but I preferred the food at the 56th St. location, although the service was uniformly fantastic--they... More

Great food and service! The steaks were very good and perfectly cooked to order... As would be expected. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. There were four of us which was good as the restaurant cleared out very quickly which left the restaurant quiet for most of the time we were there for.

I title this review with that as everything the waiter suggested was not great, everything we chose on our own was amazing! Our son picked this as it sounded good (we like a good steak and a nice wine list) and it was within walking distance of our hotel. We were seated in the balcony which was not really busy... More

This restaurant was recommended but sadly wasn't for me. It's all down to personal preference. The atmosphere was fine and service attentive but the starter we were recommended wasn't really something I enjoyed. The steak was nice but by the time you added your extras the meal worked out super expensive and we had had nicer meals elsewhere. It's a... More

We had just finished walking the Highline and noticed Uncle Jacks on 9th Avenue. Being casual fans of the Restaurant Stakeout show hosted by William 'Jack' Degal, we decided to stop and see if the restaurant measured up to the reputation of the Host/Owner. Right from the start we were welcomed by the hostess. Our service was excellent but not... More

The ambience in this restaurant is created by the rich upscale decor, it's fairly small size and the general buzz in the place. Besides the main dining room, there are seats in the bar area and the balcony. The balcony seating is open to the floor below so you get the sense that you are still part of the general... More
