A tremendous German restaurant. As a German American, it is rare to find anything that closely approximates home cooking. Heidelberg does the job nicely. The wursts are all excellent, the potato pancakes were just crispy enough and the beer selection was solid, with several little known favorites on board. Come here when you have a craving for meat, especially sausage. You will swear off meat for a day or two afterwards. The sausage platter is always a good choice.
