We loved the food and the view - a first time visit to nyc & grand central and we got to eat overlooking grand central terminal! So nice! Our server was not friendly in the least. The bathroom.... Full of mould with the sink falling off the wall because the silicone was wearing out. Nice. Yuck.

This restaurant is located inside Grand Central station. we had a table overlooking the main concourse. Im not usually a fan of Burgers but i had read reviews about the Burgers at Michael Jordan's its one of the best burgers I've had really good. The waiter service is a bit on the slow side. that didn't matter to us it... More

We came here with a gift certificate so the fairly high bill was OK. In fact, we made it a point to inform the waiter up front we had a G/C to see if we’d get lesser service—we did not. Service was 5 star. Water immediately and repeatedly refilled; plates removed and replaced promptly, along with appropriate utensils; enough time... More

Went here for a quick business dinner. The location inside Grand Central Station is very unique, and my food was excellent. I only had a petite filet and mashed potatoes, but they were great. I would have liked to have tried the other courses, but was in a hurry.

Hit the city for some retail therapy. This was one of the BEST burgers I've ever had. Our table overlooked the main concourse of Grand Central. Service was okay. A tad on the slow side. Tip: get a sandwich or The cut of the day. They come with a side!

Great spot in Grand Central Station which is totally what made it for us, on the whole the food was good but not great, one steak had to be sent back as was totally undercooked, one steak sandwich was full of fat and gristle - not pleasant, but the fish dishes were fine. What really let this place down was... More

Average food, but very poor service. It was especially insulting that our poor service was capped off with a mandatory 18% service charge for a party of two. No wonder they don't care about the service with a guaranteed tip! The atmosphere of Grand Central Terminal is magical, but we wished we had tried the other restaurant.

We ate at the bar wanting a quick meal while enjoying the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. We arrived when it opened at 11:30 and immediately placed our order for burgers. The waiter informed me that the kitchen could not accommodate my request to put the ( "Chicago" style) fried onions and cheez wiz on the side -... More

The steakhouse is a great atmosphere on the second floor in grand central station. We had a price fixed menu, which was good. They were out of one of the items on the menu, which is what I was going to order. I ended up getting a filet mignon which I asked to be cooked medium well. It came out... More

Wanted to eat in this restaurant as it picks up the great vibe of Grand Central Station. With regret, the service was very poor and the food matched the service. Go to the bar, it gives the view without the waste of money.
