Located on the west balcony of Grand Central station. The resturant is one of the jewells in New York's crown Providing some of the best food i've ever found anywhere. My wife and I chose the bone in fillete for two. Perfection I did'nt need to hack away with some great big saw. Very little in the way of chewing... More

Decided to ignore all of the negative reviews and visited the restaurant during the day on my husbands 40th birthday. It did take a while for the waiter to arrive however once he did he was possibly the most polite person we met during our stay in New York. We opted for the burgers which were absolutely delicious and cooked... More

Great steaks, great service. We were treated very well - given the private dining area and sat on for a while without feeling pressured to leave the table despite the restaurant being busy.

great steaks and best mac & cheese I've had! good spot for businessmen and steak lovers. I can see how it would be a great spot for after work drinks!

After taking in a show I thought eating here would be a special treat for my wife and kids. Those of you who have kids and expect a kids menu, go somewhere else. The best I could do for my 8 yr old was a $24 burger with a measly helping of steak fries and a $4 lemonade. I was... More

My husband and I just returned from NYC. The first evening, we went to Michael Jordan's Steakhouse. I rated this restaurant "1" for the location but our overall experience was not enjoyable. Starting with the service that was not professional, the bread rolls that were stale, the drinks that were not chilled properly, the steaks that were not cooked to... More

We are regular travellers from the UK who come to New York often and enjoy some of the best restaurants the city has to offer. The buzz of Grand Central is something we both enjoy and have been to this establishment a number of times and have enjoyed it. Unfortunately on New Years eve afternoon our experience was marred by... More

Our waiter was friendly, but water, bread and butter took a while to get to the table. The menu was uninteresting. My $23 hamburger had me looking under the patty to see where the money went. We were disappointed that the 23-layer chocolate cake was unavailable for dessert.

This restaurant was just the worst dining experience of my life. My family of 5 had dinner last night Sunday December 28,2014. From the rude servers to the slow service and mediocre food , was a very high $300 bill . Will not go back or try any other locations for this chain . The restaurant ran out of bread... More

Had a client lunch here just a few weeks ago. We both had the "Fast Track" lunch. I had a seasonal soup and the Strip Steak. Both were good but not especially memorable. My guest enjoyed his tomato salad and salmon... ice cream and cookies for dessert which were just ok. Not especially crowded when we went, and the service... More
