My friend recommended this place after discovering it on a previous trip. Loved the experience I had there! My waiter, Santi, was so sweet and attentive! We were shown a lot of respect and hospitality with a little New York flair in this place. The food was AMAZING! If there was a problem, it was quickly fixed, and we had... More

Went here while on business travel and had a great meal. We showed up on a Wednesday night without reservations, ended up in the downstairs area. The tables are low but it was fine for a meal. I had a cocktail with gin and aloe, seemed like an odd combo but it tasted great! We ordered the mac and cheese... More

My husband, daughter and I dined at Cafeteria upon the recommendation of our hotel staff. We were looking for something light after arriving after a 4-hour drive to NYC. Biscuits served are delicious, tasty and flaky. The mac and cheese, served with baby carrots on the kids menu -- provides some serious comfort food. Fish (mahi-mahi) tacos were interesting with... Had some decent food - had the mac n cheese spring rolls for a starter and braised short rib tacos for main. Don't get me wrong, it's great food, but from what I had heard, I was expecting something closer to mind blowing. We got seated in the downstairs section next to the loos with it's own bar, not the... More

I took a party of 9 here for my daughter's 19th birthday. It was just right for them because of the lively ambiance. The food was Ok and service friendly - though why they served both my courses simultaneously still escapes me. As does the fact that they wouldn't take my credit card. Nevertheless I'd recommend the place for the... More

If you look at Yelp, this place doesn't have 4 stars, but in my opinion it is still worth a visit. It may not necessarily be the best food you'll ever have, but what they do is generally done well. I've had their mac & cheese, crispy fish tacos, chicken cobb salad, chicken and waffles, silver dollar pancakes to name... More

Nice environment. Good music. I went late at night so it kind of took a while for my food to come. I didn't have Mac and Cheese. The food that I did have was just alright to me.

We visited this place for Brunch - great Bloody Mary's, and you must try the Mac & Cheese (and being from WI, we are very snooty about our cheese!) The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic - from the host who seated us, to the (multiple) people serving us - spot on. The food was fresh and unique. The place... More
