So trending it hurts, this restaurant between the Garment District and Chelsea is open 24/7. We went for dinner and although it looked packed were given a table straight away. It was very noisy - they could turn down the music volume - and we were a little worried that the place would be style over substance but were wrong.... More

Recently visited the cafeteria just this past Sunday. Once again I was not disappointed. The food, wine, and service were great as usual. My only gripe would be the unisex restroom but I guess it's just a New York thing...Lol

If you loved the TV series Sex in the City, you already know this place as the favorite brunch spot and tell all location. It has a wonderful, fun vibe with a stylish crowd, an amazing bar and an upscale brunch menu. While not extensive, the brunch menu manages to meet the needs of a variety of diets and appetites.... Highly recommended by my cousin so I had to visit. The food and service was good, though I think their menu could be expanded a bit. I had the meatloaf which was good and baja fish tacos which were really good. Their cocktails were really good, had a blood orange mojito, a passion fruit caipirinha, and a mint ginger lemonade... I have been to Cafeteria so many times in the past, but my last visit was a fantastic experience because Sarah was a great server. She took her time in her busy section to engage conversation with me and my friend. Sarah was checking on the food and drinks for us. I had a great mac and cheese, and you... More

My college Freshman daughter brought us here for dinner. She said it's one of her favoritie hangouts not only becuase of the great food, but becuase it's open all the time (yes, 24/7). We started with a carafe of a blood orange mojito. Delicious!! The main courses were excellent and a very large portion. The prices were reasonable as well.... More

Late night spot I always go to end a good night out. The service is great. Some of the things i had here was the chicken and waffles...amazing! the mac and cheese, the tomato soup, and their salads. I always leave here happy. Its hard to get a big table here if you have a large party. Last time we... More

Brought my teenager to NYC to share the greatest city and the BEST restaurant in town. Open 24 hours, we have been for every meal and have been overwhelmed every time. Our favorite food from the WHOLE trip was Mac n Cheese Eggrolls. White chocolate raspberry bread pudding? Amazing! Will go back EVERY time we're in NYC. Heavenly!!!

We headed here for a late dinner after a visit to Grand Central Station, just a five minute cab journey away, after a recommendation from a friend. The maître d' was a bit aloof but showed us to a table right away and the welcome of our server was enough to make up for the initial reception. The decor was... More
