My husband and I saw a program on TV about how the Kobe burger was made and the quality of the meat and decided while visiting NYC we would have to try it. We are a family of 4 from Australia ( our girls are 8 and 6). We had made reservations for lunch on a Thursday and were greeted... More

Had the Florida Rock Shrimp Tempura for starter and Gotham Rib on the bone (24oz) with Coldwater Lobster Tail for mains. Thoroughly enjoyed all of it - the shrimp and lobster were delicately cooked just right and my medium rare steak came out exactly medium rare. Only negative is that the prices are a little on the high side, but... More

We had a reservation for 4 this past February. I thought it was one of the best steakhouses for the quality of steak. I strongly suggest the 40 day dry aged steak for 2! May have been the best steaks I have ever eaten...expensive but worth it. Around $100 for 2 people. The steak was plenty for two good sized... More

I'm a local, so don't generally review where I live. It's a different experience for tourists. Went there last night, had a great steak and thought I should just because over the years I've had such a great time there. Here's what I'll say, great cuts of meat, had the Texas TBone and it was almost a porterhouse, the sides... More

Considering the hype, my expectations were high. I ordered the filet, and considering the price, I was very disappointed. My steak was perfectly cooked and the service good, but with all the other wonderful places in NYC I will not be returning to this establishment.

While my bacon wrapped filet was good I've definitely had better and at over half the price. I won't be back. U

Recently we went for a meal here and had the Kobe Burger which at 43 dollars is not cheap but for kobe beef it was expected. However we were dissapointed that the burger had no garnish what so ever and there were just a few chips and a choice of 3 sauces.

Ordered with Postmates and order was deliver within 5 minutes of pick up. Order a piece of rare prime rib. What came was a microwaved piece brown on both sides and completely well done! If I was at restaurant would have sent back! Nothing you can do when ordering in! Obnoxious response when I called them: "it was rare when... More

Excellent apps, steak and seafood. Large portions! Must not miss the garlic bread - toasty slices and yes swimming in garlic butter but worth it! Had sea bass, delicious and my colleagues had great steaks!
