Nice Chinese food

The principle is simple: you seat down, and carts of food pass by, you point at what you want and they charge it on your bill. Good quality of food, amazing beef dumplings. Can be tricky to stay on budget, there is no price on the carts, no price on the bill and the food looks so good you want... read more

If your not willing to step out of your comfort zone then do not go here. Once you have committed then you will have a great experience to do some thing different. The food is good , most things are fried or steamed. The seafood is mostly some sort of shrimp., get the wrapped sticky rice. they can sit you... More

Bad service, no English speakers. Rude attendent. We are in the USA, we don't need to know how to speak Chinese! Be adivised.

A Unicorn is ought to be unique. This one was not. Though the food was well prepared, it did not strike me as unique. Just one of many. Would I return to see this animal again? Probably, if I am strolling through this forest again. Would I, on purpose, visit this forest again? No. Am I being too demanding? Perhaps.... More

My brother often goes here on Sundays and he asked me to try it. We arrived at about 10:30AM and the line was starting to form. We agreed to share a table so there was no wait. There were five in our party and we were seated at a large table with another party of four. It was a huge... More

Based on the reviews I had high hopes for this restaurant but I was disappointed. The shrimp dim sum is good but the pork ones were disappointing and the fried ones were greasy and not that nice. The other dishes were okay but quite bland and also greasy. The staff also weren't that friendly or attentive (eg they didn't refill... More

This restaurant with acceptable ambience has a second and third floor with elevator service. Dinners are generally served on the 3rd floor. It has changed hands a couple of times but had maintained its clientele. Although it is a Cantonese cuisine restaurant its Peking Duck is authentic and carved by the table. Filet flounder sautéed and replaced back to the... More

My friends and I came here for dim sum. The restaurant is pretty. Definitely looks like a place that hosts Chinese wedding banquets. The food was ok. 3 stars. I like the dim sum in Boston more. The service was really good for dim sum. We had 3 toddlers and a baby in our group. They were very aware of... More

My teenaged kids and I were taken here by local friends for the highest quality Chinatown Dim Sum experience. When we arrived, we had a déjà vu experience because we came here 7 years ago for the same reason. The atmosphere is not very relaxing, and you are not coddled by the waitstaff. It sure is the authentic Dim Sum... More

I am completely surprised with this 3rd floor awesome dim sum restaurant in Chinatown. Try every option, don't be afraid! If you are picky... You can see all options available on any cart reading the on cart menu. "Cart drivers" don't speak English... My favorites are: shrimp ball, pork rice cooked into a leaf and for desert the mango pudding... More

Staying in Chinatown

Neighborhood Profile
Chinatown
Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where many Chinatown residents exercise, play games, and chat the day away.
