A surprise in the city, we almost walked by this one since it has the look of a tourist trap. A very busy place for dinner with a very young crowd. The table service and the bread were very good, Excellent onion soup, steak frittes a winner. Very nice, done in the French manner. Would go back for sure, the... More

We spontaneously ended up there while walking on the street after the central park. The out door appearance attracted us. Our experience was very fine in all ways. Little remark to our server Henry who served us with distinction.

position is very central and I am generally skeptical about these places, plus it looks tacky so I did expect the worse. We had 2 burgers and they were both excellent. Very quick to prepare, service was fine but did the usual try-to-take-my-plate-away-from-under-my-nose which I despise so much. Still we had a good meal so I'm satisfied. Recommended (at least... If you're looking for an economic and elegant dinner you can choose this restaurant. Excellent meat and friendly service. A curiosity, I tried to order a bottle of wine and the waitress say me "[...] If you're a Spaniard I can't serve you a wine, I don't have any wine that could compite with Spanish or Portuguese wines". Some friends... More

I stopped in here with my wife for a quick brunch one day. It seems like a classic French bistro kind of place. She got an omelette which was properly cooked and had some fresh herbs, etc. She also got a chocolate croissant which was great. But the main event was the Eggs Benedict I ordered. I, admittedly, am a... More

had lunch here before heading over to central Park. Really good food, nice staff, fast service. We also loved the atmosphere and were surprised by the reasonable prices. Would eat here again.

We were three for a leisurely dinner. We were very happy with the food, quality preparation and fresh ingredients, but it was the small things that detracted from the evening. The failure of the server to bring requested condiments; the surcharge for bearnaise sauce for pommes frites, stale margarine instead of butter (or if it was butter, butter that tasted... More

We loved the service. It was busy but the service was impeccable. We wanted to try different foods and they split everything for us on our own plates. We didn't have to pay a plate charge, either.
