Great steaks and sushi

Great steaks and bistro fare, excellent service and available during hours many restaurants are closed. I loved this restaurant when I lived in the city and I still return when I'm in town, especially with out of towners. Beautiful restaurant with sushi, seafood and desserts, close to MOMA, Central... read more

Exceptional breakfast in classy surroundings. My wife had eggs royals, which she declared to be the best she'd ever tasted. My daughter had blueberry and banana pancakes, which she enjoyed massively. I shared Le Panier with. My17-month old son. All I can say is "wow". So many pastries...it took care of our breakfast for the next day as well.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner consisting of Sushi, salad, Sangria, Baby lamb chops, and digon mussells with pom frites. All terrific! Waitress was exceptional!

Come here frequently with family and friends for lunch. Sliders and Oreo zappoli always great. Service efficient and always with a smile. Favorite spot around museums and close to park.

Not too hot, not too cold, not too good, not so bad, but just about right for a NY City Mid Town Manhattan Restaurant. Rue 57 is a quasi French Bistro Restaurant with a Franco-American Lunch menu, mussels, steak and fries, steak tartar, salads, hamburgers, etc, but what is it with these places? Everywhere, there is a Sushi menu. Enough... More

Nice place to eat late at night. In summer, the windows/doors are open to the al fresco dining experience. Very dark inside, so bring a light to read the menu. Had their classic hamburger and it was very good.

What a nice way to enjoy 3 sliders with a good side of fries. Tasty and of the perfect size, it is a great way to fit your appetite. Other folks in n the party went for salads that looked OK. I did not hear enthusiastic comments. But it is hard to do miracles with a salad. Their espresso was... More

For these type of restaurant when you spending $$$$ its not just about the food, its about the experience and atmosphere and I didn't like service at all, this why their French Toasts was for me just pieces of bread with strawberry for $15. Server didn't bothered to start with water, but complained when we asked for that after walk... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
