I finally made it here after living around the corner for almost a year now. I brought a few out of town friends here for a mid-week 8pm dinner. Surprisingly there was not too many people in the restaurant or bar area so we were seated right away. They sat us in the side room where we were the only... More

My daughter & I both agreed that our late night meal here was the best we had during our trip to NYC this year. Loved the vibe and our waitress was so sweet and helpful. Loved her accent too, not that its relevant, just added to the authentic Italian experience. There was only one draw back... TOO MANY GREAT CHOICES!!... More

We hosted dinner for 20 people including 3 small children. The restaurant provided us with a prix fixed menu that we picked beforehand. At their suggestion we had appetizers including pizza, which we all nibbled on to everyone arrived. With a large family that includes many dietary restrictions, the staff were wonderful in accommodating everyone. Although the restaurant was very... More

The food was really good but the Tiramisu was delicious. The servers were friendly, and it was reasonably priced for nice sit down dinner. The only thing I didn't care for was the sangria - it lacked the sweet fruity taste that sangria usually has.

Granddaughter graduated from NYU. Family celebrated at Three of Cups for dinner. Sat at round table for eight at the French doors. Watched NYers walk by - very entertaining Could not ask for a better family affair. Wide menu selection, attentive service, generous portions. Everyone quite pleased with the entire experience.

We arrived pretty hungry after a day sightseeing. We had the choice of the restaurant or bar but took the bar seats so we could take advantage of happy hour drinks (The sixpoint beer was fantastic). We were quickly served by a friendly barman. We were given nice bread straight away. The bruschetta we ordered as a starter was excellent.... More

I have eaten here maybe 5 times by now and every time was really enjoyable. The restaurant is in the East Village, a still somewhat "exotic" area of our fair city. Very comfortable rooms, good service, and the food is excellent. The pizzas are divine, the pasta exquisite and always fresh, deserts a delight. The wine list may need some... More

We found Three of Cups, having failed to find a restaurant that had originally been suggested for us. It is a fairly unpretentious, yet authentic feeling place. The welcome was genuine, the service was cheerful, certainly not rushed, and the oven-fired pizza was just what the doctor ordered at the end of a very long first day in New York.... More

Forget the Hard Rock Cafe, this is what you're looking for! Go downstairs and you'll find a tiny place decorated punk rock style. You can ask hard and heavy in here, although the ppl and especially bartenders seem to like more punk. This was also the most cheapest place to drink, a pabst can and whiskey shot only six dollars... The best wood fired authentic, (you won't find pepperoni on the menu) Italian pizza we have ever sank our teeth into! You can watch the chef make pies right at the front door. The hand tossed Caesar Salad was perfect. The atmosphere is ideal for family, couple, friends or just escaping the heat of a concrete jungle. Quant booths with... More
