This is a great place in flatiron for after work drinks and beer food. It tends to get pretty busy after 6 p.m., so if you can sneak out at 5, its worth it so you don't have to stand.

My wife and I went here today, 1/17/14, and the first thing that hit us as we walked in the door was that barbecue sauce aroma, it makes you hungry. The server immediately came over and we were sitting within 2 minutes, literally, despite it being lunchtime and busy. By the time 5 minutes passed we had our drinks, menu... More

Great friends, relaxed atmosphere!! Great drinks and prime rib BBQ the best in town! Love it here everytime I go to NYC! Owners hang there too. They enjoy their own place! I love it!

We stopped in The Hog Pit in order to utilize a restaurant.com certificate. At least we did not pay full price for our food. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The wings I ordered, were cooked perfectly, but lacked in flavor and sauce. My husbands pulled pork was OK. It probably would have been a better experience if... More

Decent spot with well priced food. Pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw was absolutely delicious but unfortunately the mac n cheese wasn't to my taste, but could very well be others.

We here for lunch. I got the barbecue sampler. The ribs didn't have much flavor just sauce covered. The rest was just ok. Had mac and cheese and mashed potatoes.

Visited with a group of 25 from a convention (we called ahead). The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Being from the South, I have a lot of experience with BBQ. I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed the ribs - not too smoky, not too spicy, not too dry, not too wet, but just right. Others had catfish and... More

Stopped here after walking around the area. Restaurant is spacious and clean, music is current and the decor makes it a fun place to hang out for a drink or a quick meal. Besides the appetizers, nothing here is different to what you may get at any other chain restaurant. Service was very spotty (maybe because of the hour) but... More

Ate here with a friend. It was solid if unspectacular. Best thing we had were pulled pork sliders. Frito pie was also good but overall nothing special. Service was adequate but lacked any personal touch.

We came here since we had a discount certificate, so in all, my meal came to about half price. The Cheeseburger had good flavor and had nice, smokey onions (optional). Lots of tasty fries came with that. The Chicken Fried Steak was a bit tough, but a nice portion, with mashed potatoes, white gravy and your choice of a side... More
