Amazing Ahi Tuna Steak!!

Everything here was excellent. We had a large group of 24 people and they did a fairly good job of accommodating us. There were a few people who were lactose-intolerant and they would order something and 20 minutes later, the waiter would come back and tell us how it wouldn't work so we think... read more

I rarely write reviews but felt I needed to save others from making the same mistake we made last night...We had searched for the best steakhouse in NYC and after eliminating the great ones that we had already visited (Lugars, Keens, Old Homestead, Benjamin) we choose Del Frisco's. Take the time to read the reviews that Yelp feels are "not... More

Even though we had a reservation we had to wait 40 minutes. We ordered steaks and mushrooms. The steaks were terrible, pure spicy and we returned. The mushrooms were ok. We waited for 50 minutes until the waitress served new steaks that were just ok. But the new mushrooms were spicy, even though I had warned that we do not... More

While we know that this is a steak house, what doesn't get enough discussion is their wine selection and desserts. Ok...we can just say that the wine selection is extensive. There are some vintage bottles (read: very, very expensive), but also some that are for the mid-price point. Honestly, the house selections are great!! It proves that you don't have... More

Had dinner with group of 10. We got a table a bit hidden in a corner. Very noisy dining room, guests don't have any reluctance to make a lot of noise which made normal conversation with the dinner guests rather difficult. Luckily: good service, no excessive waiting, good food.

right across the street from Radio City Music Hall, dining on 2 floors, 2 bars, great drinks, a little expensive but we love the ambience of the place. Always go for martinis when ever in town.

Treat yourself to this fab easy to get to place. Awesome filet trio cooked perfectly not to be outdone by the crab gnocchi side dish. Extensive wine list and amazing chocolate cake for dessert. We loved it!

Had dinner with a friend here first week of April. Let me preface by saying I love NY steakhouses and have been to many of the places you would associate with "great" NY steakhouses. I know what to expect price wise and service wise. I won't list my favorites as not to promote other establishments. I decided on a veal... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
