The cupcakes are great. You cannot argue that sex and the city producers have really made this place, but you also cannot argue that there has been a drop in quality. I've been here many times and was not at all disappointed on any occasion. Yesterday I had the chance to taste the delightful Smores cupcake. It was very special... More

I was so excited to try the cupcakes that everyone talks about in NYC. The cupcake was average. The bakery down the street from my house in a Fort Worth suburb is WAY better. They had 3 flavor to choose from...I have the vanilla with chocolate buttercream. The cake was dry. I actually threw part of it away. One of... More

I love their cupcakes, but they will be dry even if they are fresh so I suggest getting a drink too. The small store has many antiques to view on line. They even have magnolia ice cream to have with the best cupcakes in town! Plus, it's good to go on rainy days or bad weather since NOBODY will be... More

Went with friends and family for dessert. I had the peanut butter brownie. It was dry and appeared to be a day old. My son had the chocolate cake which was very dry. But, the icing was good. My other son has the smores cake and it was also dry. We were there on a Sunday and I am wondering... More

We came here as part of the sex and the city tour and it was great to taste the cup cakes. If we had more time we would have tried other things too!

Seven years ago, I waited in line, down the street for one cupcake from Magnolia's. I waited over an hour for my turn to enter the little bakery and pick out what was available at the hour of the day. Today I went on the NYC Cupcake Tour; great tour. I enjoyed each and every stop; we didn't just stop... More

I love their banana pudding and cupcakes but the cake is just not that good. Though I love the wide selection of cupcakes they are a bit expensive

On a gorgeous summer day, a lemon blueberry cupcake made it even better! I mean how often do you find that combination in a cupcake? It was good but nothing stellar. What is stellar is the neighborhood and the friendly staff. So go have a cupcake and eat it outside in the park across the street and enjoy a great... More
