This restaurant offers a mix of japanese and french style cuisine. The prices are standard for New York City, the service is good. The scallop entree is excellent.

The food was good. The fish was fresh. The Omakase was good as were the rock shrimp and black cod we ordered. Staff was friendly but there were long waits between dishes- seemed to be understaffed and in training. A major drawback was the fact you could not have a private conversation because the tables were very very close together...more... More

We've hit Nobu in NYC, Vegas, LA, Melbourne, London and Perth and it never disappoints. Some things never change and make us smile every time (for my wife, that's the Yellowtail Sashimi with ponzu, jalapeno and cilantro). This time, there were a few great new choices and a few misses. We loved the Tiradito new style (very similar to the... More

This occasion was our 15 granddaughter's birthday and it was perfect. Our little family group consisted of my wife and I, our daughter and 2 teenage granddaughters. Our server was a seasoned individual and we let him guide us through their extensive menu - absolutely fantastic and one of the best Japanese Restaurants ever discovered. Highly Recommend!!

Food selection is what you would expect from Nobu. We have been to Miami, Vegas, and Bahamas (Atlantis). Food selection and excellence as you would expect. Service not up to the level of the other locations. Curious given it was the original location.

first time here based on a friends recommendation. Service was good. Food was everything I thought it should be. We tried several things. Wagyu on the hot rock was amazing. a little pricey but not really by NYC standards. Get there early if you don't have a reservation. We had one and only waited 10 min. or so. Try the... More

You hear about Nobu from celebrities ad nauseum, how it's the best thing since sliced fish. My wife and I went on a date for her birthday. It was good, not great. I can't say this is one of the best sushi places I've ever been to, but not one of the worst. Waiter was great, Bobby DeNiro didn't show... More

Wonderful experience! Even my picky 12 year old thoroughly enjoyed his meal. Great service by all. Best sushi we've ever had.

10 years later and it was delicious but go hungry. We opted for the guest omakase ($200/per) which does not necessarily add courses but apparently changes some of the ingredients. Our server was nice but prompt - really I struggle to describe her - maybe straightforward. Definitely not the chatty type. Course after course of delicious food in huge (actually... More
