I always wanted to try Nobu and we were able to get in on such short notice while in NYC this week. The service was impressive, exactly what you would expect from a first class restaurant. The food was very creative. Our bill for 2 was almost $200 and we didn't even have alcohol. So it's not some place I... More

Excellent restaurant with great service!! There is an extremely extensive menu with unusual and creative dishes and the servers are excellent at helping you decipher. They have great recommendations and it was fun to try a variety of things and share. Everything we had was phenomenal and the Bento Box for dessert was delicious. Items are pricey but you get... On this occasion i ordered the bento box which consisted of the perfect amounts of all the favorite's. The standout as always is the black cod with miso. You can... More

After dining on Yellowtail Jalapeno, king crab, and the lobster, my wife exclaimed that it was the best meal she had ever eaten and this includes Michelin rated Gordon Ramsey in Chelsea and the Ledbury in London. Nobu Matsuhisa simply serves the very finest and most innovative dishes on the planet. From a simple sushi restaurant on La Cienaga in... More

Mmmm. Best sushi, best appetizers, great saki selection, great service. You can't go wrong with Nobu. Not the most original choice, but worth it.

Nobu is my favorite restaurant in New York. Been to Nobu in London several times, but New York is even better. Sushi is excellent and the signature dish Black Cod truly amazing.
