Excellent Cannoli

Staff were almost as good as the cannoli. Espresso was strong, but good. There was a line but it went quickly once the large group sat. A nice capper to a nice day.

Stopped here before going home on our last day. Huge selection of sweets to choose from. I chose the trio and loved everything I picked. Took some cookies home, still good but not nearly as good as the pastries. Definitely a fun spot to stop in little Italy!

The best was the pastries and the deserts, you can have mini-pastries for 1.50-3.00, so you can try different ones They were friendly, we went around 3 pm and many people come and eat, or just come for the pastries!!

The raspberry gelato from Ferrara Bakery is my favourite, the hazelnut is a close second. Lovely café and bakery and must visit whilst wandering through Little Italy

I have been here a couple of times, services and foods have been consistent. They don't have extensive food menus, but who needs food when you can have pastries and liquor! Death by chocolate and Irish coffee are recommended.

We just stumbled into this Bakery as we explored Little Italy for the first time. Then I realized I had read about this special place in our Lonely Planet NYC tour book. My husband ordered a double espresso, a Perroni beer, and the best homemade spumoni ice cream we have ever had! I enjoyed a cappuccino gelato with Bailey's -too... More

We actually settled for a mini trio of desserts ... because they all looked so good. The cappuccino is AMAZING!!!! Very neat environment - bustling with people and energy. We were seated immediately and served quickly.

My wife bakes all the time, but the baked goods here are worth a trip from anywhere. They've been around for over a century and for good reason. Their goods are baked fresh daily and have extraordinary flavor and freshness. If you are anywhere near Chinatown or Little Italy stop in for treats and you will not be disappointed.

Neighborhood Profile
Little Italy
While Little Italy is one of the city's smallest neighbourhoods, its streets are packed with visitors from around the globe, especially on summer weekends when the streets are closed to traffic. Stroll up Mulberry Street, the heart of Little Italy, for a dense mix of Italian restaurants with sidewalk tables, cafes, and old-school food shops. Don’t be surprised when the hosts beckon you to pay them a visit. Stop in for a coffee and a cannoli, or grab a streetside table to take in the scenery over a hearty Italian meal.
