I like the Cannoli but some of the other items are not what they used to be. It has slipped a lot since the old days about 20 years ago. There are a number of other places around that are better.

Yum, Yum, Yum, need I really say more. Napoloean, Lobster tail, canoli's. Choosing is so difficult I get them all. I tried the gelato this last visit and I have had better, save the $5 and get a pastry . Baba ricotta is great too!

Don't miss this excellent bakery. The canolis are the best I've ever had. the ambiance is authentic, with a great cafe. All their baked good are amazing. Just watch out for the fake Ferrara's China town has invaded and there are knock offs So beware. The real Ferrara Bakery is just off Mulberry Street. And, the sweets are beyond compare.

Bought a few pastries here, some were great others... meh. Felt a little touristy when we went in. Might come back to try again, could've felt that way since it was during the holidays.

Ferrara's is always a place we stop to while visiting Little Italy. Cookies, cakes, cannolis, cheesecake, lobster tails, and other delicious pastries. Gelato & coffee as well as dining in and having some breakfast or lunch. It is one of our favorite bakeries in NYC. Do not visit Little Italy without stopping here!!! You will not be sorry!

Desserts, gelato/sorbet, coffee, service and atmosphere, cannot miss this place if your travels take you to Manhattan. Family visited three times in a four day trip to Big Apple and every item we had was wonderfully enjoyed.

Ferrara's remains a must when visiting the ever shrinking area in NYC. Just looking at all the delicious pastries and reminiscing.... The gelato is tasty. Our waiter was very nice (nicer than those behind the counter). The chocolate torte was good. Not too heavy or sweet. The carrot cake was just ok. Will you find better pastries in other authentic... Visited with a friend who grew up in the area so recommended we stop off here for a coffee and cake. I'd wanted a lobster tail when we'd visited the Cake Boss cafe but they'd sold out, so I ordered one here, and it didn't disappoint. It was really big and gorgeous. Plenty of choice for various Italian pastries and... More

My daughter and I had a very special night in Little Italy. We ended up at Ferrara Bakery for dessert and coffee. The location, service, food and cappuccinos were fabulous. It was great fun and we had the best cannolis ever. Don't miss this one.
