Visually stunning / nice ambience / waitstaff eager

I went for a meeting with two friends who wanted to discuss a serious issue and booked a table in one of the interior nooks which are very intimate but contain several tables. The waiter was new and unfamiliar with the wines so went to check with his senior. That was fine, as was the fact that he... read more

We try and eat here whenever we are in the city. Staff is always friendly and the food is always great and reasonably priced.

We had a reservation, and the table was waiting. The staff was very attentive, and got the order turned around quickly. I had the burata cheese with arugula and the pasta with duck ragu sauce. Was cooked nicely and the sauce was great. But save room for the dessert too, Home made cannoli's, not over sweet, but just right and... More

My boyfriend and I were looking around on a Saturday night for some Italian food near our hotel, we stumbled across Nocello. Seeing that it was quite busy we gave it a chance, and I'm so glad we did. The fixed menu for $41 had lots of options and was incredibly reasonable. I usually steer clear of risotto on a... More

Conveniently located near the theater district and the Marriott on Broadway. Very nice rustic Italian dinner choices. We stopped in without a reservation and were greeted warmly. We were seated within 5 minutes at the table near the front window facing the street. The restaurant was dimly light but that attributed to the cozy atmosphere. We were hungry but didn't... More

Great spot for a family dinner in NYC. Tight little space with very attentive service. Classic Italian. Appetizers were terrific. Delicious crusty bread!!!

Thank goodness we did not check Trip Advisor before going because some of the reviews would have kept us from an outstanding eating experience!!!! First off we had perhaps the best table in the house... table for four on front window. I did note several tables that due to space constraints would not leave me happy. The service was very... Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
