I always ensure I pay a breakfast visit here whenever I stay in NYC. In all honesty, the other food IS basic, but it is by no means poor, it is standard cafe food, However the breakfast is delicious. They do excellent pancakes, waffles and bacon and good coffee. The service has left a little to be desired the past... More

Ate here with a buddy. Looked okay. We sat outside. Tables are small if you're sitting outside. We had trout, it was good as was the sides that came with it. Our only problem was the service. Ordered a soup and mussels. We were only half way through when our mains came out. Where to put them? Back in the... More

I 've only had breakfast in this diner but I really remember it as one of my best food experiences in NY.Its not gourmet or anything special but as a foreigner I found it very original as an american diner. during my visit in the city I also ate in other diners, but this was the one with the most... Visited on vacation. We had a great breakfast here twice. Salad with breakfast is something I like. My son is a regular, so we had attentive service and great food. So, don't know how it would be if I just walked in as another tourist.

Went to 7A Cafe with my husband and daughter for a Father's Day brunch. We did the same thing last year and it was so memorable we wanted to do it again. The food is cleaver and delicious, ample portions for the biggest appetites. Food is fresh and well prepared. The brunch menu has plenty of variety and comes with... More

The food was okay, but nothing extraordinary. The coffee was probably the worst I've ever had, so order something else to drink.

I came here for a late breakfast after spending the night in NY with friends. The location is in a nice area on the corner by TompkinsSquare park. I had an a simple breakfast of eggs, bacon, and homefries, all of which was fantastic. We also ordered Walnut pancakes with the strawberry butter. Those might have been the best pancakes... More

I like this place because they have reasonable food and you can stop by at any time – they are open 24 hours. Some of dishes that i like here are their avacado tuna melt and their lobster quesadillas. Prices are reasonable. My only complaint is that the tables are small and a bit cramped. I’ve heard that their breakfasts... More

We were told to go here for Sunday brunch by a New York friend and we weren't disappointed. Although it was really busy, we were given a window seat for two straight away. After a late Saturday night we both ordered the $13.95 brunch which comes with tea/coffee, a cocktail and water. We both chose the steak and eggs -... More
