The food was so good, probably the best chinese food I've ever had, but the waitress could not explain to us what was on the poorly written menu and it was borderline frustrating! Work on your menu and work on your service, then i might consider giving you a 4 or 5 review! more

I've had 3 meals in the dining room of Grand Sichuan, and ordered delivery once. Fine as the food has been (I do like the well-known soup dumplings), the service has been the RUDEST I've had anywhere. If you like things spicy (as in hot and tasty), this is the place to go. Just make sure you have some immodium at home because this will burn for hours. more

For some odd reason, NYC does not good Chinese food. This restaurant is about as good as it gets. It's not too bad since I love Sichuan food. I wouldn't say the service is bad, maybe it's because I speak Mandarin and I kinda expect the service to be at THAT level. Overall, a bit crowded, but good food, good... more
