The food here takes me back to Belgium four summers ago with incredibly fresh and flavorful mussels cooked to perfection. Out of the entire pound of mussels only one was not open indicating that the restaurant was really focused on FRESH food and the creamy bacon and beer sauce was just perfect for "accidentally" dropping the fresh artisan bread into.... Very cute little french bistro, I've only been to the one in tribeca. They have a great Happy hour with half off bottles of wine on Tuesdays. Also try the mussels and french onion soup is amazing!

I've been a regular visitor over several years following a recommendation by a Belgian friend. Always a great choice with a delicious array of beers, amazing food and quick, efficient service. On this visit I had the 'all you can eat mussels' and they were excellent. My only complaint is that the menu has been updated and my long-time favourite... More

This is a great place in Tribeca for Sunday Brunch. Their waffles are amazing! Fantastic mimosas, too!

We had a lovely breakfast here a few days ago. We'd been to another location of this restaurant a couple of years ago and remembered loving it, so we set out for the Tribeca location. It was a great way to spend a Sunday morning sitting out in their little sidewalk seating area. Service was good, and the value for... More

I had a love affair with their burger the first time I tried it over 7 years ago in Tribeca. They have delicious cheese croquettes for starters (melted cheese: yum), a good beet salad and shrimp croquettes that are pretty tasty as well. For main courses, the burger (don't miss out) it's amazing, the chicken stew is decadent and delicious,... More

The food is consistently very good but what stands out are the burgers! The atmosphere is basic but the service is welcoming!

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighborhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighborhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighborhood home.
