GET THE STRAWBERRY AND BASIL MOJITOS! Yum yum yum. This place was fun, went for Christmas lunch. Very good value for money when we went.

I thought the food and the atmosphere was terrific. The mojito's were absolutely fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

I've been there a few times and the homemade specialty drinks, the food, the service and especially the atmosphere are fantastic! I highly recommend to anyone that enjoys Cuban food and culture, and to those who have not yet tried...

Close to several East Village theaters, this welcoming Cuban restaurant is as authentic as it gets. There is great folk art , music, and a menu that includes almost all dishes from Cuba. Drinks are strong, portions are very generous, and service is friendly and efficient. The combination tapas plate for $15 is more than enough for dinner. The black... More

I've been to Agozar about three times and the only reason why I did go those times was because I had discounts and each time I'd go I hoped that the experience would be better but it wasn't. I'm not entirely sure if it was because of the discounts, that made them treat us differently however, I doubt I'll ever... More

I had a few birthday parties there and the food is incredible and the service is really great. I can't wait to come back to Agozar.

I have celebrated my birthday two years in a row with a group of 20 people and had an awesome time. The group dining price package is very reasonable. I searched other places after having my first celebration just for something different and I saw that Agozar still was on the top of my list of meeting all my expectations.

Ron is a great Master Bartender who makes a mean Sangrito (Sangria+Mojito) and Alex and Moe are awesome hosts. Has a family type atmosphere and the entire staff makes you feel at home. Been going to Agozar since 2011. Agozar is an eatery that you can't miss out on when visiting NYC!
