My partner and I made the most of the nice weather and had a walk around the west village during the day. Around 6 we started looking at menus in windows until we arrived here around 7ish. No wait, (I can't understand how anyone can take a star off for a place being busy?!? ), then we had a lot... More

Based on other reviews I visited for lunch, sat at the bar, and had a wonderful lamb dinner (it seemed almost enough to feed a small family). Accidently dropped glove and they found it for my pick up a day later. I hghly recommend eating there!

It' s so worth the wait on a satuday night or any other night. The place get crowded and you can't make a reservation but that doesn't matter because the place is well worth the wait.. The food was delicious. Try the Lamb Grill, or Mixed Grill. . Too bad they were sold out of Chilean sea bass, so my... More

Great little restaurant for breakfast of brunch. The service was quick and efficient. Moroccan food with a good selection on the menu. Best cup of coffee in NYC. We will go back there on our next trip

Like another reviewer, I do come back again and again--that's saying something in a nabe of amazing food. Unpretentious, consistently great.

I may be rather limited in my preference when I go there, always order the lamb tagine (apricot and prunes), but that dish never fails me. I also enjoy the atmosphere -- very neighborhood and nothing over-the-top to attract tourist. Unpretentious and good service. The wait-staff is quite friendly. They do serve great desserts as well! This is NY's ethnic... More

We had a great meal here, although the hour-long wait was annoying, since there is not adequate seating at the bar for people waiting for tables. No reservations are taken on a Saturday night - keep that in mind. We were able to drink wonderful martinis and we ordered some appetizers to share while we waited. The food is delicious,... More

One star off only for the excessively long wait for brunch, and the occasional sassitude from some of the servers. The food is good and fresh. Nice cozy cafe vibe - kind of exactly what you want on a beautiful day. The food is great for both brunch and dinner. I often try to go for brunch though, because I... More
