Lovely to find decent tea in NYC. Excellent for veggies and vegans. Awesomely lovely egg creams (google it!). My only complaint is that the 'regular cheese' (i.e. non-vegan) is that yellow bendy stuff that doesn't resemble what I would consider cheese to be. Then again this seems to be epidemic in America. I will totally go back to Teany next... more

I visit Teany almost every time that I make a trip down to NYC. All food served is either vegetarian or vegan. As a vegetarian, I am thrilled to be able to select any item off the menu. This is probably my favorite restaurant in NYC. Great tea selection. I always get the vegan quiche-it's delicious! Service can be slow, but the staff is friendly. more
