I LOVE the food at Smith & Wollensky but not so much the atmosphere. At Wollensky's Grill you get the same menu but a completely different atmosphere. It has an intimate feel without being pretentious. They have a bar, but I always ask for a table by the window. You can sit and have an amazing meal and people watch!... more

Had dinner at the wollensky's grill on a recent vacation in NY. We originally looked at the main Smith and Wollensky menu which was reasonably pricey and weren't too sure, but spotted the wollensky's grill round the corner with what looked like similar food, but a bit cheaper.
