We were recommended this restaurant as it was close to our hotel. well it exceeded our expectations....the food was fresh and tasty...variety was good and prices were reasonable. great value when compared with other fine dining venues we have been to. It was so good that we will be back before we leave new York .

The food was decent but not spectacular. Their daily soup was a leek potato mushroom which was done without cream. A nice change in that it wasn't pureed. The lasagna, which we had heard raves about was average. The linguine with sausage was much better. Service was good.

...& great service too!! 8 in our party for a family dinner on Thanksgiving eve and we couldn't have been more pleased!! Atmosphere is cozy and upscale-casual... that is, nice white table cloths, tons of candles, dim-lit, all while not feeling stuffy. We were seated upstairs with a view of the street. The waiter referred to the room as the... More

Nice menu with some traditional and non-traditional items. Service was excellent - professional, knowledgeable servers and support staff.

We thought this restaurant so great we visited twice in our short stay in Manhatten. This place is an intimate, very comfortable, laid back restaurant with welcoming staff and friendly waiters; ours was Max, who was very charming, knowledgable and attentive. I thought the olive oil which we were told was a blend made by the owner/chef was wonderful. We... More

We live locally but had friends in from Australia and wound up going there with them 2 weeks in a row as they liked it so much the first time. The service is nice and laid back but thorough. The table we asked for was waiting for us to arrive BOTH times - They are courteous and nice making reservations... More

Not sure why this has had such good reviews in the past. Had the fried artichokes which were dry and tasteless. My husband had the lasagne which he enjoyed. Mains were salmon, which was okay, and risotto which was the best dish we had for the night. The staff could not crack a smile if they tried, and there are... More

I was in NYC for a long weekend with childhood girlfriends and we were on a late schedule and looking for somewhere to have dinner at 9 pm on a Sunday evening. The concierge at Four Seasons recommended Teodora without hesitation. It was a short walk from the hotel, and we arrived to a relatively empty dining room. The ambiance... More

I went there with a friend of mine. We had a table next to the main window. We had the fried artichokes as a starter, which is one of the best thing I ever ate in my whole life. It comes with fried parsley. Then I had the gnocchi and it was just beyond any of my expectations! The Chianti... More

We have been referred by the kind staff of nearby Fitzpatrick Hotel. The ambient is euro-italian. Is hard to tell that you are in NY. Very friendly service. Nice spaghettis, lasagna, everything is top notch: the bread and olive oil in the entrée is delicious. Worth every penny. Highly recommended.
