in a city that has a cupcake shop in every neighborhood...and for the upper westside make that at least 5 in 10 blocks. so buttercup has some charm and the cupcakes look cute, but the store has lost it's charm and is instead run by young kids who don't really care about their job or what their selling. the cupcakes... more

Excellent cupcakes! If you like key lime pie - Buttercup makes theirs with a gingersnap crust & it was the best key lime pie I ever had. more
