I have been coming to M&P for many years and have never been disappointed. They serve delicious meat and seafood in a pretty setting for comfortable dining. Old fashioned good service and great choice of wine and cocktails makes this place a great choice for a business dinner, a upmarket dinner with friends who like uncomplicated meals.

Probably one of the best nights out I have had. We went for dinner on New Year's Day, sat upstairs which was pretty nice it's like a terrace. Service was amazing attentative but not annoying or pushy. I would list everything we ordered but I think we had everything on the menu. A must try - The Maloney Mule!!!!!'

I think the menu here is boring. And the cooking is totally uninspired and bland. There are a few unique items like the giant pork thing they are famous for. Also the giant hungry shrimp salad is good, because the shrimps are tasty. The steaks are fine, but not special. Prices are very high. Chairs are uncomfortable. And they serve... More

Stopped in here as it was close to my hotel after walking all day. The staff was attentive and the space pleasant enough. They did have very good white wine selections by the glass, but you pay for them. The menu was beef heavy but I chose the snapper special and it was quite good, but small portion. Everything is... We had dinner here on Christmas day. It far exceeded our expectations on every front. The service in particular was exceptional - friendly, informative and efficient. The food was also very tasty, although the portions were gigantic - the Angry Lobster was a stand-out. Not somewhere to eat everyday, as it is fairly pricey, but more than worth it for... More

Nice restaurant, food was good. Small portions for the price tag and wine I found a tad over the top price wise (by the glass). Service was efficient but uncharacteristic...as in most of them acted like they couldn't care less if we were there. Probably wouldn't come back here, but at the time it was convenient as we were starving!

We have been to Maloney & Porcelli four times now. Their "old" Wine Dinner was the best thing going as far as New York steakhouses go. Their "new" menu did away with the wine dinner and that was a shame. On our last visit it appeared to have been brought back but it was not available when we asked. The... More

Stayed at the Palace next door and went for dinner. The portions are huge so my 8-year old shared (still could not finish) a chicken parmigian that was the best I have had in along time. Personal service and we observed a bustling after work bar scene. Will go back.

Our dinner went fairly well. The food was excellent, albeit the portions were not as generous as one would expect in a high-quality restaurant. The main point of contention was something that I personally find to be misleading and unethical: Prior to dinner, I typically enjoy a neat, single malt scotch. They have a wonderful and ordered a double-Macallan 18.... More

Atmosphere is frantic and next to the Palace Hotel but the food is ordinary at best. The staff are harassed and the upselling of horrible dishes is not good. Eat at your peril
