Cool setting and great food.

Had a business dinner adn everyone's meal was great. The restaurant is a little loud but that adds to the atmosphere and setting. Food is very good.

My wife and I loved this restaurant for new years eve. It exudes European class and elegance with a modern twist. Upon entering, one feels transporter to a modernist expanse resembling boarding the mother ship in star trek. The steak is generous and the champagne delectable. A great choice!

This was the second time the four of us went here for a sunday brunch. Every entree was good, though a bit small. Was very busy so service was a bit slow.

Used to be a standby and favorite but our last visit was disappointing. Our server was either new or inexperienced - very affable but totally out of touch with our meal. Not her fault that the: oysters were rife with shell bits one actually broken in half and put back together, Underdone very blond pomme frite. But cold scallops -... More

I arranged to meet a past client , who has become a good friend, for dinner. She told me to meet her at Brasserie. Being a designer who loves modern design, I new as I approached the exterior this was going to a perfect fit for me. Once inside the host greeted me as if I was a regular (my... More

I've been to this restaurant a couple of times for dinner and the seafood options are really good! Last time I got the scallops and they were SO good!! One of the best scallop dishes I've had! The atmosphere is pretty nice. If you sit at one of the booths that they have, you can look into the room but... More

The charcuterie was good quality, and the Prix Fixe a good buy, but the main menu is pricey and there are places who pay more attention

We had an early dinner reservation (6:30ish) on a Saturday night. We were seated promptly and enjoyed the services of a great waiter--attentive but not pushy, friendly but not too friendly. Don't be put off by the modern decor--at first i thought i wouldn't like it (sort of like French restaurant meets the Jetsons), but it is comfortable and intimate... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
