Nice atmosphere but too noisy. Dishes are well presented but taste is average. Service is quite good despite the restaurant is very big and Always super busy.

Came here with 40 close friends after a surprise RIDE for my brother. They were very accommodating for such a large party. Appetizers on the table, such as hummus and grape leaves, were excellent. For a main course I had the lamb skewers which were tasty and cooked to perfection. This was a great restaurant for our purpose.

Wine selection was very good. Th bread was good and the Domato was out of this world. The entree was so-so and wasn't blown away but not their fault. The dessert was amazing and never had fig ice cream so that was a nice surprise. Will come again.

I have been there 3 times during different business trips and this place never has failed, every single time tastes better, and my guests are just amazed with the fresh and authentic Mediterranean flavor that you can find in NYC. Besides the octopus as an appetizer, you can't miss the Greek salad and remember this: ask for the Lavraki (European... More

Unforgettable Dinner, the grilled Octopuss was one of the best ever tasted, the rest of the menu was just one great experience after the other, too many dishes to list, great attention and fair pricing, inside seating is very loud but you have the option for outside which was great

Excellent Service, Fresh Fish - selected at your table; the appetizers are the best. The ambiance is wonderful featuring inside and outside seating. Unlike many, this NYC restaurant's tables aren't on top of each other! We had an excellent dinner and time!

That was a small celebration dinner and we wanted to do it on our own way with Rakı / Ouzo. This restaurant was just round the corner of our hotel, we didn't have any reservation but were lucky enough to find a table (you make a reservation before you go, I couldn't believe my eyes when I see how big... This Greek fresh fish gem is worth going to, regardless of what you believe re the current financial austerity measures. Enjoy the great seafood, have a glass or two of assyrtiko - inside or outside.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
