Very comfortable seating with great service and food. I ordered the eggplant rollatini and chopped salad and it was wonderful - too much food! Not crowded or too loud - yes a little dark, but we all used our cellphones to read the menu :) They were out of the less expensive wine so they gave us the next one... More

We stumbled upon this little place. Not very crowded but the food was excellent. The restaurant manager in addition to the waiter were very attentive. Friendly and very professional staff.

went there for the hubbys bday because they have branzino which can be hard to find. when we went to order, they said they had just sold the last one. the tried hard to find a good replacement and gave us a free bottle of prosecco along with a yummy slice of bday cake. Prices are reasonable especially the wine... More

I;ve been eating here for a few years now, and I think it's time to give credit where credit is due. I eat here at lunch and always have the $17 (formerly $16) special - appetizer, main couse, and wine or soft drink. As has been noted, the place is a little run down, but the service is attentitve, the... More

This place has fantastic pasta, there is an entree where you get your choice of a few small portions of various types of pasta that I love. This place gets busy and does an active bar trade, but dont let that put you off, though do reserve a table if you plan to go after work.

We greeted warmly by the owner and seated right away. There were few other diners on a Saturday night which was curious as the reviews online were quite positive. The decor was, well there really wasn't any. Stark gray walls with nothing else.... Very blah. Our drinks arrived promptly as well as our appetizer which was only ok. The bread... More

So many great and very hip Italian restaurants used to occupy this block. My wife and I dined at one which is quite popular but not of that era. We then crossed 58th and sought refuge downstairs in Bar Vetro where the somewhat sterile atmosphere was perked up considerably by a warm bartender and an always edgy and moving manager... More

Never thought we would find anything this good at such a reasonable Prix Fixe price. Went there because it was within an easy walk of the tram. Best best Caesar salad ever. Wonderful entrees and desserts all for just one incredible price. Wow! Perfect.

The midtown cousin of Vivolo so also excellent with the same amazing food. Their veal 'anything' is to die for. My only problem is that the tables are old, the atmosphere could use jazzing up but the food is wonderful!

The food and surroundings are nice, if not exceptional. Decent value, especially if you order the specials.
