I've been to the Bukhara in the Maurya Sheraton in New Delhi many times, and it's set the bar for "Indian restaurant food." (For me this means lots of Mughlai dishes, kababs and naan.) Happened to stop here for dinner, and glad we did. The food was just as described in the menu and the freshest Indian cuisine we have had to date. Clean restaurant, excellent service, good quality ingredients, well balanced menu offerings. Out of the group of 4 having a 3 course dinner, we had no complaints and only compliments. I really enjoyed this restaurant! We went off of a suggestion from a friend and it was fantastic. The food was magnificent, clean and polite staff. If you like Indian cuisine, this is the spot! more
