Definitely a family oriented theme restaurant. Characters interact during the entire meal. The bartender was great. There are animatronic features throughout. The menu is quite diverse. We will definitely be re-visiting when we return to NYC. more

I am so Glad that that I did not listen to all these reviews... I went up to visit a couple of friends and we happened to go in to the Jekyll and Hyde restuarant, their was a 25 minute wait which we enjoyed at the bar. The food was good (i mean its a theme restaurant, not a 5... more
I dearly wish I had read some of the TripAdvisor reviews before taking my son here for his birthday. The food is absolutely awful and so expensive it's ridiculous. Our bill for a stale grilled cheese, a salad, and two soft drinks was nearly $70. The "entertainment" was annoying when it was going on...and most of the time it was... more
Do NOT go here. Worst food, service stinks , overpriced , and i felt like i was at chuck-e-cheese more
Do not waste your money on this overprices themes restaurant that portrays itself as a show. With the added expense of $3.00 per person for a performance, it is a waste of money. It is a wannabe Adventurers club or worse a wannabee Rainforest cafe which puts it to shame, and that not saying much. The food was horrible as... more
Kids rules. They loved the place. It was very expensive for what we had but the OK food and a very good service made this meal a fun experience. more
I have heard about the restaurant Jekyll and Hyde for years. I always passed it when in the city and always wanted to eat there, but never got the chance to. When I finally went with 3 of my other friends, we were excited to be eating in a themed restaurant and couldn't wait to see inside. Of course it... more
An employee at FAO Schwartz recommended this restaurant. The atmosphere was fun for the kids (elementary school age), but the kids meals cost $15 (3 kids could have split 1 meal but there is also a $5 share charge). We expected high prices but we also expected good food. The chicken was tough. There are no free refills. I wouldn't... more
We had an enjoyable evening here, my daughter loved the crazy antic's of the young woman at the front door and especially the butler in the restaurant. The experience is definately aimed at children to teens and is very informal. In relation to value for money its a bit like those character meals at disney most of which, are so... more
It's as simple as this - the place presents food (and drink) which is obscenely over priced and cooked as badly as it gets. I recently took a group there, and was met by $1 pizzas and undercooked chicken and burgers. Why go there when the rest of New York City treats you so well? It is an indoor theme... more
