I has the opportunity to go to Per Se and I was so excited to experience the world of Per Se. The overall atmosphere and service level is white glove! The good was exceptional, the little bites packed so much flavor, texture and an experience for my pallete. Anything you get is wonderful so if your adventurous, try it all.... More

Chef Thomas Keller other jewel of a restaurant does not disappoint but is not as good as his signature The French Laundry. However, it delights with its beautiful interiors, luxurious dishes and oh-so-chic NY crowd. Reserve way in advance.

The first course "Pearls and Caviar" was the best thing I've ever put in my mouth. That course alone would bring me back...after enough time to save up again and after I've been to some other NY hot spots. Per Se is very expensive, more-so than Eleven Madison Park which is ranked higher on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list... More

The atmosphere was inviting and the service right on, but the food was a disappointment for the hype and the price. There wasn't a lot that was innovative and "knock your socks off" delicious. Glad I tried it once.

The design of the restaurant with its 50 metre squared glass window and two level seating lay out resembled an almost theatre style setting. Its the kind of space that would take this culinary journey of flavours and textures we were about to go on to an almost surreal level. What kind of food could live up to this setting..??... More

I have had 3 or 4 meals at Per Se and more than that at the French Laundry (Keller's other Michelin 3 star) over the past decade (and longer at the FL). The food is always excellent, meticulously prepared and the service is attentive without being intrusive. The wine list is extensive, pricey but with the advice of sommelier's one... More

Some very nice dishes and some staff were really nice. But- no one to greet you at entrance, toilets filthy with urine on floor, some dishes had same ingredients, the meat dishes really were fatty and uninspired. Generally all savoury dishes were boring with some sauces quite overpowering- like the black bean sauce with lamb. Plus the ipad for wine... More

Me and my sister went back again. Service was excellent. They change menu everyday so they printed our name on menu. Some dishes were ok but most of them were amazing… Per Se never disappointed us so far. We will go back again for sure !

This is an experience not a meal-and it's a good one. Be ready to spend hours here and enjoy some of the best food of your life. Amazing wine list. Top notch service. My wife even got a tour of the kitchen-big deal to her. Only marks off are for value. Not complaining-I knew exactly what I was getting into... More
