ALTHOUGH IT WAS HARD TO FIND, EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OUTSTANDING! Dinner for 7 people with just a few choices to make. Their Wine List is on an iPad so reviewing it and bookmarking selections was very easy. Then, the Somm could review you selections and we worked together to decide the order that they would be served. All in all... More

Per Se is by far the best restaurant I've ever eaten in. The restaurant looks out over central park and Columbus circle, and we booked a small private room for 6 at the far end of the restaurant. The service was attentive, friendly, and each and every person is to be commended. Of course, you should expect nothing less of... More

There's a flood of reviews about Per Se and I have nothing new to add to any of them, except to say that it's one of the most memorable dining experiences I've had to date. The food, the presentation and the service were all top notch, and the prices reflected it. Go expecting to spend one mortgage payment if you... More

This restaurant has became my favorite - for its exceptional food with an exceptional service. We always go to the salon because it is a more casual setting and the food is exceptional. Like a lot of top rated restaurants, the service at Per Se is top notch and I really like how they are so on the dot and... More

Per Se continues to be the best restaurant we have ever eaten in. From the exquisite food, to the incomparable service, the setting and the comfortable quiet room it is the top in our experience which includes French Laundry, Daniel, Jean George and others. It is well worth the effort to get through the reservation hurdle.

What a joy sitting in this restaurant and looking on to Columbus Circle and Central Park. I must say I was overwhelmed by the quality and presentation of the food. Their signature dish of Oysters and Pearls deserves all the accolades it gets. The service and knowledge of the staff is first rate. Although the cost is high the experience... More

Per Sa is poetry of food. Essential ingredients sourced worldwide are the building blocks of gastronomic refinement. Presentation was superbly artful & service delivery was orchestrated with the impeccable timing of a perfect chorus. The molecularity of the food was paired with the chemistry of taste. The private ambience of the venue was its most striking feature as l was... More

My wife and a few friends decided to try something special since it was my birthday. We choose the salon since the tasting manu was to busy for us. We wanted something a la carte and the salon is where you need to go for this. I think that place is very elegant and trendy. The food was just fantastic... More

We were in Per se on a Friday night with six persons. We got a table before the window with a nice view. The dinner was fine = the French quinine. For each plate we ordered another wine. The prices of the wine are rather expensive. The service was correct but nothing more.

Have been to Per Se on a few occasions. Every time it is fantastic. Location is outstanding, with vies of Columbus Circle and Central Park. Their signature dish Oyster and Pearls is is one of the top dishes I've ever had, and their 9 course price fixe with choices is fantastic treat (if you have appetite!) and it's expensive, but...
