They relocated to 35th and 8th from 34th and 8th. Downsized the restaurant and the menu but we had a great breakfast. Staff was responsive and after a bad night in the hotel because of loud music this was a good ending to the weekend.

Not as easy to get into because of remodeliong outside, but worth the trouble. Good food, good service. They move a lot of people through in a short time. Seating usually fast. Price is easy on wallet. Basement rest rooms available for patrons to use.

This diner was suggested by my hotel for breakfast and it was worth the walk to get there. It is being remodeled but even so, it was packed and had a line to get in. But it moved quickly and the amount of food being offered was huge! Diner food is quick and comfort food in my opinion and this... More

Went to the diner after getting off the Amtrak train early in the morning for the start of a mini vacation. We both ordered eggs benedict and it was delicious. Our server was great, sorry I don't have his name and he kept filling our coffee, very attentive. We enjoyed breakfast so much that when we were leaving NY we... More

went here on our first night in New York and came back again a number of times afterwards good food, good sized portions and friendly efficient staff had, as others mentioned an "authentic" diner look and feel to it

What a fab spot to eat in whilst staying at the New Yorker Hotel. The staff are very efficient, and friendly - the service is spot on. When you're holidaying in NYC, you want your food delivered quickly and your bill delivered soon after without asking for it, and this is exactly what you get here. Breakfasts were huge and... More

We visited Tock Tock diner when looking for somewhere for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the food good. The portion sizes were very generous and well priced. The Tick Tock had an American diner feel to it and we will visit again when in New York

We stayed in the New Yorker hotel, and we had breakfast most days in here. The pancakes were out of this world, and the bacon....oh my! The staff are friendly and always in reach of your if needed. Highly recommended if you are staying in the hotel next to it, the breakfast selection is awesome!
