Clasic menu in a clasic diner. Was told it was buffolo wings, but it was only fried wings with no sauce. The waitress gave free refill on the soda even that was not policy.

Stayed at the hotel next door so it was a no brainer to go there for breakfast. The pancakes are to die for, as are the waffles with fresh fruit and maple syrup. Most of the other diners in the area only offered breakfast 'on the go' or on polystyrene plates with plastic cutlery so Tick Tock was a pleasant change.... More

Loved this place on our visit to New York. Breakfast was out of this world.... Pretty much anything you could imagine is on the menu and the portions are huge! Great value for money and would recommend everyone to grab a meal in this place!

Service was a little slow, food diner quality, not wonderful. Seemed a little disorganized. My daughter had a milkshake that she thought was out of this world delicious.

Advertising fresh juice that was from a bottle with preservatives. Coffee blah. I didn't eatbreakfast there, saved my money for a better value lunch.

My wife, daughter and I stopped in for a late night dessert and coffee. Our waiter acted put out that we were not going to be ordering a larger meal and pretty much invisible once our food was presented. While the cheesecake was awesome, my wife and daughter's coffee was so weak it almost looked like tea.

If you're looking for the authentic American diner experience this is your place! Stayed in the New Yorker hotel years ago with my parents and we are here every morning so when I visited NYC with my hubby I brought him here on our first morning! He absolutely loved his steak and eggs, has been talking about it since and... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
