The food was good. The service, however was horrible. The server brought 2 servings of toast, our meals did not come with toast. The pasta comes with soup or salad and our waiter decided that it was not included even though clearly stated on the menu and confirmed by the manager. Don't bother complaining, the manager has absolutely no reaction.... More

The food was ok, no better but no worse. However it was very expensive for what it was - $40 plus tip for a burger, a vegetarian humous dish a diet coke and strawberry milkshake. The service was friendly however, the diner was not the cleanest and also needed refurbishment, for example the chairs had rips in them. The restrooms... More

The diner was very clean and the food was great. It was nice to visit an authentic diner in New York. The staff were great and the service brilliant. My boys loved it. Would definitely return!

If you're staying nearby, I can't imagine there is anywhere better to go for a good value breakfast/brunch/lunch! The benefits include a great selection of American diner style food with continuous coffee top ups. The staff are friendly, there's something on the menu for everyone and it has a relaxed feel about the place. We went back two mornings and... More

Ate here a few times, food was ok, service was ok to. Can be a little like a greasy spoon at times. Breakfast was the better meal for me!

The food was of high quality and averagely priced for NYC. Breakfast staff were happier and friendlier than the night staff.

Being attatched to the New Yorker hotel it was an easy option for breakfast, dinner or even a snack and all at reasonable prices! Great food, great design of the place and I warn you, the cake counter is tempting and oh so good!

Loved the old world feel of this diner. It used to be a barber shop and much of the original decor remains. Is it really aluminium? Food was good too. Unlimited coffee for breakfast , mountainous portions, very busy but good brisk service.

Excellent here! Reasonable prices and the staff were extremely friendly and kind. If you are not used to eating a large breakfast dont order anything other than toast! Food was good but just so much of it.
