Great diner

We had a very satisfying meal here with our three children, the food is good, the portions are huge and the wait staff are very accommodating. Looking forward to visiting again next month.

Staying at the New Yorker which the diner is part of. Breakfast was ok but nothing special cost $80 for 5 small breakfasts. Only went once because we could get better and cheaper elsewhere.

Really enjoyed our visit here. We were tired and hungry. It was nice to go to a proper American diner. The food was good and reasonably priced. Service was quick and friendly.

Authentic american diner with the real diner food. Perfect for breakfast or a quick lunch. The restaurant is located next door to the Newyorker Hotel where I use to stay and I always eat my breakfast at Tik Tok. The place is always packed.

The decor is the draw at this classic New York diner. Stainless steel and checkerboard tile and red leatherette upholstery make for a 'thirties feel. The breakfast menu too expresses an earlier era which is no way a criticism of bacon and eggs served many ways.

Stayed in the New Yorker, so the easiest spot for breakfast was here. It was OK, over-priced omelets, but it's a hotel in Manhattan.

Service was good; the manager who waited on us at the counter was friendly and food arrived quickly. Food quality was average and the prices were a bit high, however, even for NYC.

Gets an extra half star as it was the only decent restaurant within 15 mins walk of the New Yorker where we were staying. Service was good and there was always a table to hand. Very busy for (excellent) breakfast. Open 24 Hours and big variety on the menu. We ate here a few times and the food was good... More

The food was pretty good. Prices were quite high given the other options available in the area. Great option if you are looking for quick service.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
