Always great food

Went several times last time I visited NYC. Went for brunch each time and was never disappointed with each meal I had.

The restaurant venue is open, light and nicely decorated. I especially like the hanging tea pot. Service is excellent! Someone greeted me. Someone else aited on me. And more than one server checked.on me but NOT to the point of being annoying. I only ate the hummus plate with a glass of wine but it was good. Fresh vegetables and... More

During a 5 day stay in Manhattan we had breakfast here twice. A really good and varied menu. Our youngest loved the chocolate pancakes. We had a mix of eggs, sausages, bacon, etc. Clean plates both times. Food was delicious service was very, quick staff were lovely Very good price

I always make a point of coming here for breakfast at least once during a trip to NYC. They have had a facelift since my last visit a couple of years ago but the food is still great (although portions a little smaller than I remember).

This recently renovated diner looks nice but unfortunately the food is not good. I had a ranch chicken sandwich which looked good but was so bland. All I could taste was oil from the chicken. I could not eat more than half. Not good. I went back to give it another try and had a grilled cheese with tomato. Hard... More

Stopped while near Madison Square garden and thought we would give it a try. Good..sweet potato fries and burger and milk shakes. Not so good the chicken fingers and fries. Price was very high for basic things.

I had smoked salmon bagel one of two things I could have off the breakfast menu as I have a egg allergy, it was good, smoked salmon was great but I would have expected better than a couple mini tubs of Philadelphia. My husband had 34th street traffic jam, we had orange juice and expresso (which was Nescafé was very... More

A soda was $3 and pancakes were $10. Eat at McDonald's across the street or any street deli on 8th street.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
