SOOOOOOO good!

AMAZING food! I'm a vegetarian, and a fussy eater but wow! This restaurant was amazing. The service was superb, we had a great seat overlooking Columbus Circle. So good we went back again 2 days later!!!

Beautifully decorated and amazing view. I just had breakfast which was good but expensive. Probably good place for lunch if your pockets are quite deep.

Had dinner with my husband here. It was AMAZING. The view is beautiful. We watched the sun set as we ate. The beef is a must try.

From the minute we walked up to Mariam (F & B Asst. Mgr.) we were treated "Royally." As requested, we were seated at a window (View of Columbus Circle and Central Park) We were celebrating our One Year Official Wedding Anniversary after being together for 51 years, so it was an occasion to celebrate. Service = impeccable. Three course prix... More

Four friends visiting New York ~ Asiate was our first stop for lunch in the Big Apple. Lovely food, professional and friendly service topped off by a wonderful 35th-floor view of Central Park. We originally booked in for the $29.95 lunch special; upon arrival we changed our minds. A full a la carte meal, a few glasses of bubbly and... More

I made reservations with a month of advance and even then the table was not ready when I arrived. The reserved table was also poorly located and tight and not offered view. The food was very good although not offering the chef's menu that was in the book, only the lowest menu. Perhaps only offered this menu due to the... More

Beautiful decor and great views from this restaurant. We went for dishes from the a la carte menu and were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and took time to explain all the dishes. Dinner was pricey but would be a great choice if celebrating a special occasion.

Everything in that 35th floor restaurant was perfect. The view is breathtaking. We ate brunch with four courses. The dishes were delicious, for fine food lovers. Tastes like heaven. Modern style decoration, the view and the music gave us a very nice atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment in Asiate.

Dinner in private room for 12, fixed price menu $95 for 3 courses (plus for a couple of items eg plus $10 for beef). Lovely room, great service, outstanding wine list and world class sommelier. Food was a little underwhelming. I had wagu beef for entrée (main course), it was not cooked perfectly to medium and was not great tenderness... More

One of the bets views on Central Park and Columbus Circle. Food is not extraordinary but considering the location and atmosphere still good value for money.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
