The place to be after Lincoln Center

Our party of four ate at Cafe Fiorello after a matinee performance of "The King and I". For a large restaurant, appealing to a pre/post performance crowd the staff at Fiorello serve as though they are a smaller and more intimate setting. Their risotto is wonderful as is a cauliflower special... read more

Good service. Excellent wait staff. Spoke perfect Italian and good enough English. The hostess was a beginner, and was not as helpful as she could have been (we were asking how fast we could get service before our ballet began). The food - absolutely great. Fine antipasti, great calamari. Pizza margharita -- wow, so fresh. The basil, the tomato, the... More

One of the very seldom times I left a restaurant after I already started eating. Brunch on Sunday didn't fulfill my expectations in many ways. Lethargic service, coffee served with flooded saucer (and the waitress had the nerve not to remove it even after telling her right away) and also two other waiters not really friendly (one served soup over... Ate here yesterday the 29th of June, we sat on the terrace, luckily we booked as it was so busy. No point writing lots of words, its quite simply a must eat at restaurant if I'm ever in New York. Faultless.

had a late lunch here and did take advantage of the best antipasta bar by having a tasting plate before my lunch....incredible. wonderful breads and my entree was a most perfect pasta. Loved sitting in the outdoor area enjoying the bustling crowd across from Lincoln Center

Having dined a number of times here for Brunch, we wondered what Dinner here would be like, We need not have questioned it. It was wonderful! We were fortunate to get a table outdoors (they have a large outdoor seating capacity which is SO pleasant on a nice day). The wait staff is amazingly active and always around. The Maitre... More

This is one of our favorite places to dine before a performance at Lincoln Center and over the years, I've tended to order the same entrée each time (sautéed calve's liver and onions), with exceptions, of course. The other evening I went, expecting to order my "usual," but was surprised to find a new spring menu, featuring spring vegetables in... More

Went to Cafe Fiorello after the ballet and though we were only splitting a pizza we were treated wonderfully - great outdoor seat and very attentive service. I work in the industry and know that there are times when a split meal can sometimes result in short service....not here. Everything was great and made the perfect end to a great... More

Fiorello is an excellent Italian restaurant right across from Lincoln Center, so it is very convenient to have a meal before a performance. I love sitting outside on the sidewalk and people watching while I eat. The food is excellent, and so is the service.
