When in the Lincoln Center area I strongly recommend Cafe Fiorello. Going solo is always a challenge BUT not here. They genuinely care if you are comfortable. They want you to have an experience as anyone, even if you are alone. I tried the calves liver, a favorite of mine. It was the best I have had in NYC! My... More

I was hoping for a good experience at this restaurant based on reviews, but have to say I had a very disappointing visit from start to finish. Reservation no problem, but I arrived and was seated in the rear dining room that was basically best described as communal seating. I literally felt as though we were eating with three extremely... It's been a couple of years since we'd been here - tried it just last Thursday upon our arrival in New York. Wow - the frenetic pace and noise might scare you off - that and how close you might be sitting to your neighbor - but don't be afraid. The staff were great - gave us a complimentary glass... More

My wife and I ate dinner here on Friday Nov 14, 2014 before attending the opera at the Metropolitan Opera. It was recommended and set up for us by the conceirge at our hotel as being good food at a location close to the Lincoln Center / Metropolitan Opera where it is within short walking distance. We got there at... More

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Every time we dine here the food is consistently very good. Their pizza has a very thin crust and the best we have every had. They state that the pizza is baked after 8pm. However, if you ask them nicely, it will be served before 8 pm. This is one of our favorite... More

We had dinner last night at Cafe Fiorello's and it was EXCELLENT. Although they were very busy we were able to get a table at the last minute. We had an hour to eat but our server, Nadine, was amazing: We were served quickly but never felt rushed. The food -- scallops and mushroom risotto for me and ravioli for... More

Pre-Ballet performance at Lincoln Center, this is just a short walk across the street. Very busy, as most NY restaurants in the area. We were able to sit at the bar which allowed a view of all the delicious fresh dishes that are part of the antipasto offerings. We enjoyed good wine by the glass with a selection of 3... More

Extremely enjoyable Italian restaurant. I suggest reservations by calling or using open table. We started off with the antipasto, which was delicious. We all had different things from: prosciutto and arugula pizza, lasagna, pasta with vodka sauce and chicken parm. The food is so delicious and fresh. Service was great. I have a gluten allergy and they had many options.... More

Cafe Fiorello's is an amazing culinary experience. Brunch, lunch or dinner, the food, service and ambiance never disappoint. I would recommend it to the pickiest of foodies and the most demanding patrons. From wine selection to creative drink menus, from delectable appetizers to main course, there is nothing that compares. You will certainly enjoy yourself, we always do.

Eating pre-opera ballet, opera , or theater at Lincoln Center is never an easy proposition. Our fourth attempt to find a table at a quite-reasonable time was at Fiorello's, where I had not eaten in about ten years, The bad news....perhaps twice as many tables crowed into the same space, high-ish prices for mediocre food, decent if pushy service, a...
