Amazing Brunch Place ... A must try!

Whether you are a New Yorker or just visiting NYC, Norma's needs to be on your list of places to eat at. They hype is real! The food is amazing, the portions are gigantic, and the prices are up there. You can expect to pay as much as $50 - $60 a person for your breakfast or brunch, but believe... read more

I was recommended here by family who come here regularly with their 2 kids and they seem to love this place, but for me it seemed to miss the mark in so many areas. From the start the greeting was lovely, jokey and set a great mood for what I hoped would be an equally great breakfast but it seemed... More

My 13 yo who loves breakfast picked out this place on a trip to NYC. The menu was extraordinary and the service was overall good though not spectacular. The prices were high and given that I don't know that I would return - the food was good but didn't justify the price. The freshly squeezed OJ was great and refillable.... More

Took friends here for breakfast. We were a party of 7 and had a reservation. We were seated promptly on arrival. The server only asked if everyone wanted coffee. I didn't, but then, she didn't ask if we wanted something else. Service was very slow. It took FOREVER for us to get our food once our order was placed. Between... More

After making our reservation, we read lots of reviews by our fellow trip advisors who expressed disappointment in Norma's. We considered canceling, but the frigid temperatures convinced us to stay at Le Parker Meridian rather than venture out of our hotel. We were so pleased we did! Firstly, the front staff kindly changed the time of our reservation, despite being... More

The plates are huge, but its very expensive and the hostess is very very rude. Huge lines for people with no reservation.... For the value go to telepan for brunch.

We stayed at the hotel and made reservations for breakfast. The service was on the slow side. The decor is boring. We had the chocolate decadence French toast and crackle French toast. The breakfast was good but sorry not the best breakfast I have had ever. I'm glad I tried it but other places that are equally good or better... More

Just okay this time. Service was slow and food was nothing spectacular this time around. Just went last year. Would probably not go back. It is very expensive for just average when there are better restaurants all over town.

Le Parker Meridien hotel has a restaurant, Norma's. I have to say that the food is good and the porsions sooooo big that one does not have to eat for several hours after eating there. But - you have to have a reservation. That is poorly arranged to the people who stay at the hotel and would like to have... More

Fast, expert service, a beautiful, well lit room, delicious coffee, and the best bagels and lox in Midtown. The free smoothies to start the meal are always a treat. It's the perfect place for weekend breakfast for a special occasion.

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
