Try the blueberry pancakes!

Upscale cafe in a great location (very close to Times Square). Highly recommend reservations if going for brunch on a weekend. Yes, it is expensive, but perhaps worth it for special occasions. The $26 omelet wasn't worth it, but the pancakes were so very very good!

We went to Norma's after googling the best brunch in NYC and we were not disappointed. It is inside a large hotel and we were not as dressed up as some people as we were going cycling around central park afterwards. This wasn't an issue however. We didn't have a reservation and had to wait about 10 minutes for a... More

We had read the reviews below, and were aware of the variety of experiences in this establishment. We were in NYC for a visit, and met a family member for breakfast here at 7:15 AM on a Thursday, which was a great time to arrive. There were only a few tables in use, and we were waited on immediately. We... More

Came here for breakfast on a self designed food tour of the city. Everyone had a delicious meal. French press coffee and mini smoothie to start were nice touches. Very friendly waiter. Food was pricey but good. Standard higher end for NYC.

Definitely make reservations for breakfast at Norma's! It's a small restaurant and extremely busy, but worth getting up early to have breakfast. We had great service and the food was amazing. You could share a meal, but then you'd miss the opportunity to try each other's choices. The orange juice is FRESH SQUEEZED! I haven't had that since I was... More

We went to Norma's for brunch. I was worried because of the reviews, but it was great. Our food came out quickly and tasted great. I got the PB&C Waffle ‘Wich - Chocolate Waffle with a Peanut Butter and Toffee Crunch Filling - I was in love after the first bite! My husband got the Donut Even Go There French... More

Delicious food that you will not find anywhere else. Don't be on a diet, when you visit. Portions are big! Make sure you make reservations. This place is pretty popular!

Delicious food. It should not take 1/2 hour to put in an order and 1/2 hour to be served. We were looking for a good meal in a reasonable amount of time. Good meal, yes. Ridiculously slow service. Overpriced as well.

We were excited to visit Normas from looking at past reviews and photos. The food certainly did not disappoint. We had the berry brioche french toast and the chocolate french toast which were amazing. The fresh orange juice and smoothies were very tasty too. The food is fairly expensive (around $24 for each plate) but its worth visiting Normas for... More

I had Norma's for the first time on my last trip to NYC and I plan on going back every chance I get. The food was delicious. Perfect eggs Benedict, and the Nutella stuffed pancakes are amazing

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
